The Tall Pines Lodge is located in the Adirondack Park on Brantingham Lake, NY. It is a 4 BR, 2 BA home directly on the lake with 155' of lake frontage. It is one of two camps on the entire lake that is literally "on" the water.
It has 4 stories and the main level comprises a living room with a large wood stove, a kitchen w/ large eat-in dining areas, a master bedroom w/ full bed, a dining room, a spare sleeping area or office, and a bathroom w/ shower and washer/dryer.
The lower (lake) level is one large room comprised of a living area and a bar area. There are three doors in different areas that walk out to the expansive dock with the lake literally underneath.
The third level consists of two bedrooms (1 with 2 twin beds and another with a full bed) a full bathroom with tub/shower and one back exit/entrance.
The fourth level is one more large bedroom with 2 twin beds and lots of closet space. The lot is a very substantial 155' x 139' and has multiple firepit/entertainment areas and also has another upper level deck and a boathouse. In addition to the boathouse, there are multiple docking options along the dock.
There are many local & well-maintained hiking, mountain-biking, horseback riding, ATV trails as well as exceptional road-cycling. There is also great fishing in Brantingham Lake and local streams; both indigenous and stocked varieties. Smallmouth, largemouth, & rock bass, lake trout, brown trout, bullhead, pickerel, walleye, and yellow perch all can be found in these waters. About 3 miles from Brantingham Golf Course. You are within approximately two miles of 4 restaurants/bars that offer excellent dining as well as frequent live music.
