Spent 1 week with 3 families (13 people) together. The house was just as described and was very accomodating. Had to buy ice daily as the icemaker was very slow. Also, bring a few extra large pots if you plan to cook for a crowd. We loved the lay out of the house. It provided much privacy and was decorated nicely. The wagon provided was very handy to carry your beach stuff to the ocean in. Also, the pool was a nice addition for us to have. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very easy to work with.
