The house is located on Lake Estella, built in 2003, with 198 feet of lakefront footage. This 3300 square feet home features a wall of windows from ceiling to floor with breath taking waterfront lake view essentially from every room, hard wood floors, formal dining room, grand room and gourmet kitchen . The rooms are set off by luxury details such as silky drapes, built-in cabinets and elaborate chandeliers.
The house is on the lake and in the woody area. It is private and peaceful. Golfing, fishing, doing water sports or simply reading your favorite novel on the outside deck are a variety of activities you would truly enjoy here. Vacationing here will give you the warm feeling of home away from home. It is certainly a wonderful getaway from our stressful life, at least temporarily.
The house is equipped with brand new furniture, sheets and linen, utensils and appliances. Local phone access and cable TV connection are also available. It has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, easily accommodates 10 people.
