This magnificent home is the golfer’s paradise, sited on the gated Hot Springs Village, surrounded by 10 golf courses and 12 lakes. The house is located on Lake Estella, built in 2003, with 198 feet of lakefront footage. This 3300 square feet home features a wall of windows from ceiling to floor with breath taking waterfront lake view essentially from every room, hard wood floors, formal dining and grand rooms, a gourmet kitchen and fireplace to keep guests warm during those chilly Arkansas winters. The rooms are set off by luxury details such as silky drapes, built-in cabinets and elaborate chandeliers.

The house is on the lake and in the woody area. It is private and peaceful. Golfing, fishing, doing water sports or simply reading your favorite novel on the outside deck are a variety of activities you would truly enjoy here. Vacationing here will give you the warm feeling of home away from home. It is certainly a wonderful getaway from our stressful life, at least temporarily.

The house is equipped with brand new furniture, sheets and linen, utensils and appliances. Local phone access and cable TV connection are also available. It has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, easily accommodates 10 people.

The gated Hot Springs Village has all sorts of amenities including a workout facility, massages, theatre programs, year round indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants. You may refer to the village’s website for more information.

  • I was very pleased and satisfied with my stay at this house. It was way more than I ever expected. You can not ask for a place better than this to spend time with your family and friends with absolute peace & serenity! I plan on having many more family vacations here. I will be back, and I would recommend this beautiful and very spacious house to anyone! The home owner is so nice and was there to help me with every question I had, even throughout my stay there.   • This home is absolutely beautiful!!! The pictures don't do it justice. All of the bedrooms are spacious, the deck is huge and the fishing is great. It's a very quiet, peaceful, place, but still very fun. It's great for family get togethers!!!! The owner is very nice and accomodating. You will love it!!!!!!
