Our condo features a street level entrance, (no steps) and a fully screened-in waterfront balcony(no bugs). The master bedroom features a King-size bed, a walk-in closet and double sinks in the bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is a Queen-size bed in second bedroom, a Bunk-bed in the third bedroom, and a Queen-size sleeper-sofa in the living room. Our Unit sleeps 8 comfortably. There are two full baths and a full size washer & dryer. We offer free use of our 10’ X 30’ boat-slip across from our unit.
The condo is beautifully decorated and includes everything you need to make your stay a great one. All you have to do is bring your family, food, beverages, and beach towels. There are TV's and DVD players in all the bedrooms as well as the living room. We have a wood burning fireplace in the living room with a Heatilator Unit.
The Ledges features a 24 hour Management Staff, High-Speed Internet Access (NOT WIRELESS),2 great pools, one is by the main entrance and the other is right on the point with a great view of the main channel. There is a sandy beach with a swim platform. We offer a “Great” view from the deck of the no wake cove and the main channel. The sunsets from the deck are Terrific! We provide ample outdoor seating and an electric grill for waterfront cookouts. The covered balcony provides a haven from the heat of the day and the ceiling fan generates a refreshing breeze.
The Ledges is close to all that Osage Beach has to offer. The Outlet Mall, Hospital, Water-park, Restaurants, Marinas and Golf courses are all very close by. Trailer parking is available at the Blue Moon Marina located very near the Ledges. Fishing is allowed from the docks.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the lakefront balcony. Sorry -- pets are not permitted. At least one renter must be 23 years old or older.
