Our family gathered at Sunset Bay for a reunion/memorial and found the property to be beautifully furnished with ample room for 22 people. (We kept losing people in the house.) The hot tub on the 2nd floor deck was well maintained and provided a view of the ocean. We barbecued on the deck as well. Everybody wanted a turn in the master bathroom to enjoy the jetted bathtub or roomy shower with multiple shower nozzles. The sound system for the living room flat screen television was awesome with a nice library of dvds to choose from. The gas fireplace added a touch of homeyness. We were just steps from the beach. We took a drive down the 101 to visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium and went home winners from Chinook Winds Casino. Lots to do.

This is the perfect beach house, theres room for my hole family! I loved the ocean view and going to the hot tub at nights. House had everything you could possibly need internet, moves, cable, pool table the list just goes on and on. Super clean will definetly come again

This vacation rental is amazing - it met and exceeded all of our expections. The house is beautiful and it has the best views of the ocean - the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were all decorated nicely and were very spacious. Everything was clean and we felt at home right away. Thank you so much for letting us stay here We enjoyed spending time at the many beaches and the long evenings on the decks. We will definitely recommend this place and hope to come We definitely plan on staying there again this summer and we're already trying to figure out the dates!

The best place to get away and stay in the this beautiful, clean and modern looks house... Since we have found this house, we have never want to stay in another place to stay... Huge living room where we have a wonderful fellowship, lots of bedrooms with awesome furniture as well as beautiful kitchen... The owner has wonderful maintenance ....We will definitely come back and always stay in this house once we go to Lincoln City.

Igor's 3 story Beach Home helped turn my 32nd Birthday into one to remember forever! My guests had nothing but great things to say about his home. We had all of our kitchen needs met, fancy serving ware for hosting elegant meals available, many bathrooms so no one had to wait for showers or sprucing up before a night out on the town, TONS of room for everyone to either be as social as a butterfly or to break away with their loved one for some down time. The photos here in VRBO do not even begin to do this house justice! When we walked in, we were amazed at how modern, clean, and welcoming this home is! We felt it was a perfect fit for an upscale birthday weekend getaway! Igor was nothing but helpful in regarding our rental. He answered questions in a timely, quick manner, was pleasant and accommodating in every way. We even met up for a payment and he was very nice and professional as well as easygoing. I highly recommend this home to families (great toy selection, games, movies and sleeping options) and tons of space for adults to mingle. Elderly might want to find another option if they have trouble with stairs. We delighted in the stairs personally, having photo shoots together and feeling luxurious going from one level of the house to another. We will be back! Thank you Igor for all of your help and letting us enjoy your wonderful home by the beach! Best Birthday EVER!!!!!!

We stayed at this beach house as a group of families and this home was exactly what we needed and more. Everything was very clean, there was enough space for everybody, and even the kids were thought of with a bucket of toys and great kids movies. Lots of room, great amenities, and amazing hot tub with an even better view. Truly felt like a home away from home. We will be back.

We had I good vacation time at this beautiful house, with a good location and awesome ocean view. We liked that the beach was really close and we can enjoy the sunny weather near the ocean. At evening we spend some time at the casino which was only 5 min. from the house. After all the house is really big and has a lot of space and many rooms, and some entertainment such as pool table. Thank you very much for such a good vacation time, we would recommend this place to our friends and relatives and defiantly will be back in near future.

we stayed at this house last weekened. It was really great. The hot tub was reaaly hot and awesome, I loved it. Movies and the games were also fun, plus the beach is really close and you can go there any timer you want. I loved it, it was awesome. Can't wait to go again.

Girls weekend at the beach, we found the house very dirty and lacking in the standards of a VRBO rental in decor and cleaness. The potential of the house is great, but dusty plastic plants, had to buy some washclothes because there were only two, only mattresses on beds, (no box springs)&(no mattress pads), looked like yard sale bedding, fire place didnt work, couldnt use the dryer, and the overall cleaness of cubbards, drawers, throughout the house was disturbing. Until the house is cleaned professionally, it shoud not be rented out again. Would not recommend this property at this time ( and we were going to) until there are some changes. I have stayed at aroung 20 rentals through VRBO and this is the first time that I have had to write a negative about my stay. But It does not live up to the VRBO standards.

It was most wonderful and memorable expirience we had for past years. The house it self is just beautiful and cozy, builed at the right area. It's not only purfect for our teens we went with, but for youth, young couples, elders, families with children and many more. Even a great place for a romantic getaway, especially to enjoy a jacizi with a beautiful ocean view. We all loved that it was minutes away from beach. Being in charge most times for finding a good vocation place for our groups, makes me realize this is a place I have been looking for a long time, yet found it only now. I am very grateful and very satisfied with our expirience. Hightly would recommend to any one and everyone to consider this specific house if you want to save money and yet enjoy your time.

We all had such a great time (Jan 13-16). I was able to celebrate with my good friends and family thanks to this house! Sunset Bay is beyond luxurious, it's real quality and beautiful inside! Boy, did the kids LOVE the "kids world" room. It snowed, hailed and rained while we were there, but we were able to play board games and cook good food all weekend. Thank you so much to the owner, Igor for renting this house to us! We will be back soon! Looking forward to renting this house again in the summer!

OMG, it was the best 4 days, 3 nights stay ever. We had girls getaway weekend, we had awsome time on the beach witch is only block away, we went shopind to the outlets stor(:):):),we went dancing at casino,watch movies , relaxed after long day having fun in jacuzzy. House in very good lacation, everything was awsome, i will recomend it to any body. FUN< FUN<FUN.Thanks to owner of the house.

Everything was thought of in this beautiful comfortable home. The hot tub & view were a big plus. The owners are very helpful also. We had plenty of room, towels, dishes ect. The house was nice & the hot tub was a plus. The beds were cozy and the breeze was refreshing. We did find easy beach access within a short walking distance and the ocean was awesome. The home was just as described in the listing & the photos were accurate of the home. We would love to return this year for more great times with family and friends. I can't believe it sleeps 20 plus people.

We had a wonderful stay - it was just what the doctor ordered. We couldn't get over the fact that every morning was a different scene - it was as if the house moved every night and we awoke to a beautiful and new experience. Thank you for making our stay VERY enjoyable! Highly recomended!

This house is absolutely amazing, none of us wanted to leave and we all long to return. The house is half a block from awesome beach access and you can see the ocean from every floor. We had 24 people and all slept comfortably. We loved the many activities available in the house...for instance we put together a puzzle, played Wii, lots of books, movies and games. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There are many neat tourist shops within walking distance. We also loved the Outlet Mall. J's Fish and Chips is the best fastfood seafood you can get. The Northwest Winds Kite Shop is really awesome. We had a beautiful Wedding on the beach and would definately recommend this house to friends, family and anyone looking for a vacation to remember.

My family and I have recently hosted a reunion, in this homely furnished, gorgeous beach house. We had a blast.The place is gigantus, enough to house a family of dinasours. Very nice place to kick back, forget about life matters, and enjoy the sunset over beach right from home.

We had an 80th birthday gathering in LC for our dad. We rented the house for some of us to stay, but also to have a nice,comfortable place in the evening for out of town family to gather. The house was perfect. Do not let the limited parking bother you. There is additional public parking just up the road. It is as nice or better than displayed in the pictures. The owner was very friendly and helpful. All in our group were extremely satisfied with the house. We will definitely return.

It was a pleasure to spent 3 days at this beautiful house. It was plenty of room for everyone, to fell comfortable. The amazing view of ocean was seeing from the master bedroom, at which I stayed. )))) It was also really nice to seat at the living room at evenings and watch the movie with surrounding sound system. And of course the best place of the house was the outside Jacuzzi with a beautiful ocean view. Thank you very much!!!!!

What a beautiful home! Warm and inviting with all the best amenities. Plenty of seating for the whole family to dine together.The hot tub was awesome, the flatscreens and games amazing!!! Centrally located, easy walk to the beach.

Three families rented this awesome house from august 1 to 4. The house had many amenities to entertain the young kids to the teenagers. The house was spacious for all of us and the kids room was great for the young girls to have to themselves. Igor, the host was very kind and patience with our arrival as we arrived later than expected. The house had the comfort of home and more. The ocean so close is a definate bonus. We will definately be coming back again and hopefully for a longer stay. Thank you Igor and family for the use of your lovely home

A house that costs less than what it's worth of. All you may need is included. The house is located in a very close proximity to a beach and otherwise has everything to entertain you and make you stay inside on, say, a rainy day. Definite A +

Me and my family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful beach house. Everything about it was awsome, especially the view on the top floor from the balcony. Its gorgeous! The beach house itself is very confortable and cozy. Everything you need is in it. Can't wait to come back. If you rent this beach house you won't regrete it.

This beach house has it all. It includes three levels of pure enjoyment, including balconies and patios. my family and I went to lincoln city for a few nights and i have to say i wish i could have stayed longer! Not to mention the beach shore is a few steps a way, and it's never full or crowded as well. There are nearby restaurants and stores for your convenience. its great for people of all ages. I would recommend this place for a vacation or a weekend getaway to anyone!

I stayed in this beautiful house with my family and my friend and his family, 9 people all together and there was plenty of room for many more people. Awsome ocean view I especial enjoyed jacuzzi looking at the ocean waves. Our kids had plenty of toys and games to keep them busy while we enjoyed our vacation. One day we stayed inside most of the day due to bad weather, between table tennis, air hokey, dvd movies there was not a dull moment. I will defenately come back again.

I been here with my wife 3 times and this is a real getaway from the standard every day life in the city, this place is magnificent-spacious a lots of rooms 3 floors. This place is right on the line with a 30 second walk from the deck to the beautiful wide ocean soft sandy beach. The weather is always great when it was raining in Portland we could walk shoelees for hours.When the second time we were here with a friends weloved to boil local crabs in the charming kitchen with all the comforts the cook needs. One of the best places in the house I loved was a master bedroom hottub right by the window with a panoramic view of the ocean. In the morning we would always sit outside a kitchen window on the deck with our hot coffee cups and enjoy refreshing sound of the ocean. This place has huge screen TV with a lots of channels, internet, hundreds of harddrive prerecorded movies, phoneline. On the first floor there are a lots of games for kids or adults to play...We been very happy with this place, now we know where to come when we heading west to the sunset...As a exterior remodeler Designers Edge construction LLC I have learn where it is a quality build home...

Perfect house for a great Oregon coast trip. Nothing beats a brand new house with all of the amenities, especially if its this close to the beach. Our friends and us had a fantastic time in Lincoln City; the house is a block from the beach in a city with shops and restaurants near by but the beach was not over crowded as well! Can't wait to go back.
