The three bedrooms are spacious with ample storage for your things and new beds in every room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or store leftovers from any of the wonderful restaurants in Pagosa Springs. There is a brand new propane grill available for your use. The gas log fireplace is the perfect, cozy compliment to Colorado’s cool evenings. The energy efficient design and windows ensure your family will stay comfortable at any outside temperature. The covered front and back decks are a great place to begin and end your day. The garage is perfect for storing your vehicle and gear. April, 2009: Fishing Report-Fishing in Hatcher Lake has been excellent! The game warden reports a fisherman landing a brown trout measuring 31.5 inches and weighing in over 12 pounds!
