This home is Beautiful! It sits on a gated, private and secure 2 1/2 acres offering mountain valley and partial ocean view. We have the largest salt water pool in Nosara, The home has A/C & Ceiling fans in 5 of the 6 bedrooms. The 6th bedroom has a 360 degree window system offering mountain and ocean breezes as well as a ceiling fan. We offer Satellite TV, Wireless Internet. The beach is a 2 min drive or a short 10 min walk away. We have also just added a covered yoga studio off the side of our house. This can be used for yoga or just for relaxing in the hammocks.
An amazing gourmet kitchen, with cook available. Master Suite with Jacuzzi Tub, walk-in shower with 2 heads. Patios off every room. Tourney-size billiard table.

Playa Guiones, our local break is a mile-long beach break. It's been called "The Most Consistent surf spot anywhere", Perfect for beginning as well as experienced surfers, it has head-high waves almost every day of the year. Our estate has avacado, orange, and mandarin trees as well as a long list of indigenous fruit trees all ripe for the picking. We also have the largest organic garden in Nosara offering vegetables in season to our renters. Live chickens, turkeys and ducks on the property, fun for the whole family.

IF YOU CAN GO TO THIS PLACE IN THE SUN, RENT THIS HOUSE CALLED THE SUN HOUSE. We had a wonderful time and the cooks, fishing, surfing, car rentals and everyone was fantastic. I planned a trip for one of my clients and everything came together like clock work. These people know how to take care of their guest, the property manager was GREAT, he is the best. Edie knows Costa and can take care of any detail. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GO BACK;) THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY COSTA TRIP WONDERFUL.

We stayed at The Sun House in Dec 2008 and I can honestly say this was the best family vacation that we ever had. The house is very well equipped for a large family or several couples and included all necessary household items for cooking if you choose to do so yourself or you can ask to hire a cook to experience a completely relaxing visit. It is also very close to a fabulous, inexpensive restaurant as another alternative. The maid and gardener were very friendly and efficient. The pool is amazing and the views are spectacular. We loved waking up to the sounds of the surrounding jungle, making coffee and sitting outside watching for monkeys. This secluded yet well appointed house was perfect for our family with multiple interests and the area has so much to offer: surfing, running, yoga, swimming, fishing, diving, reading and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back to this little piece of paradise at our very next opportunity.
