Dear Christiana, we've had a terrific time and couldn't have stayed in a more perfect apartment. Everything we needed was here and the Marais is such a wonderful area for us "foodies". As well as exploring all the sites we have also eaten our way around Paris; and we'll be sure to be back. We felt right at home especially with the iPod dock allowing favorite music to be played. Christiana, Thank you! I loved: Windows, Shower, Bath, Balcony, Comfy beds, Location, Music, Smell, Post office. I was very comfortable! I would recommend this place to anyone! Future guests should consider (close by): Irish coffee at Le Progrès. Shop:Marché des Enfants Rouges (for food). Visit: Place des Vosges. Vintage clothes at great price: FreePStar, 8, rue St.Criox de la Bretonnerie (this area has nice shops and bakeries). My best day was spent at the open tour bus. Merci! Leslie, Ohio

Our family of four stayed at the Marais apartment for 4 nights in July. Charming apartment, well-appointed and great location close to the Metro and other amenities. Our only problem was the noise levels from traffic made sleeping difficult (unfortunate, because the beds are super comfy). Even with ear plugs, we couldn't escape it. If you go in the summer, make sure you are okay with this. One other small item. Re-depositing our bank draft security deposit upon our return home ended up costing us over $100 with exchange rate and fees. Would have preferred to pay upfront the full amount in cash and upon check out, apply the bank draft to the rent and receive the balance back in euros given we would be in Europe for a week more. Just made the rental that much more expensive. Otherwise, enjoyed our brief stay in Paris.

Things to do when you arrive 1. Open all the windows to let the fresh Parisian air & sounds inside 2. Press play on the CD player to enjoy some tunes en français 3. Open a bottle of wine & read the great guide to this apartment and the area 4. Turn on the towel warmer & enjoy the best rain shower 5. Read about the coffee maker and taste the best espresso with a warm baguette from around the corner 6. Grab a guide book if you forgot one or use the WiFi in the apartment 7. Have the best night sleep after having a fun day exploring & eating/drinking in Paris!! Make yourself at home, we sure did! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
