This lovely 3 BR/3 BA condo is perfect for your family vacation. Decorated in tropical brights for that "beach feel", our condo features great 7th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-sand beaches from the living room, master bedroom and private balcony.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer and dining area that seats 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, the other bedrooms have a queen/full bed and two twins. A sofa sleeper can pull out to sleep 2 more. We have 3 TVs, 3 DVD's, 1 VCR, and a stereo.
Mainsail is a beautiful gated family resort on the Gulf of Mexico with 24 hr security. No roads to cross to the beach! As an added value, we include beach service-(2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for savings of over $23 a day, or $125 a week. We are located across from the Silver Sands outlet mall for great shopping and an easy walk to 2 groceries and multiple restaurants. Mainsail features a tropically landscaped pool complex with a waterfall, kiddie pool, hot tub and built -in island gas grills.
There is a terrific well-furnished exercise room with a view of the ocean, 4 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard and a second pool on the property. Wi-Fi available. We love our home and you will too! No smoking and no pets please.
