Located just off of scenic Highway 30A, WaterSound Beach offers an array of options for a unique summer family vacation or a special autumn beach getaway.
Watersound is a vast community with a coastal lake and large sand dunes, much of the community sits back off the water. This house is 500 yards to the pool access and from there you walk over the boardwalk to the beach (an estimated 150 yards to the beach).
Recreational amenities and activities include community pools, access to canoes, kayaks and bicycles, and a daily beach service offering chairs and umbrellas. Other amenities, which further enhance the vacation experience in WaterSound Beach, include a puttering park and yacht pond. Saturday to Saturday Rental.

We have had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house two times this year. It is beautifully decorated and very well appointed and CLEAN!! There is plenty of room to SPREAD OUT and they have truly thought of everything a vacationer might need when staying in their home. The beach is just a short walk away over a lovely lake, and the pool is close by too. Not crowded at all on the beach, and we were able to get chairs lined up on the beach so we didn't have to carry them. Next time hopefully it will not rain quite so much so we can take the fun bikes out for a ride! We spent a lot of time in Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, which are just a short car ride (or bike ride if it's not raining and you don't have little kids) away! LOVED IT!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

We stayed in this beautiful home over Spring Break. Although the surrounding towns were swarming with vacationers, we felt so relaxed in this beautiful home. The development is absolutely gorgeous. It is quiet and scenic; you feel like you are in a State Park environment with the amenities of a five star resort. We stayed with another family and had plenty of room for all of us (4 adults and 5 children). The pool area is so gorgeous and not overly busy. The beaches are breathtaking and quiet. We saw dolphin, jellyfish, crab, etc. Our children loved exploring on the short walk to the pool and the beaches.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our week, November 21-28, 2011 We enjoyed our week in your beautiful Watersound home. The Ocean and Lake Views were fantastic. Your house was very clean and well supplied, our holiday meal was celebrated at home. We had plenty of room and privacy with our two grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the two heated pools. We anxiously look forward to visiting your home again, thank you for sharing. Our 8 year old grandson wants to make this a Thanksgiving Tradition.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
