My husband and I live in an adult community in the west valley of Phoenix. We try to visit our condo as much as possible, because it is so beautiful and comfortable just to relax, sit on the balcony, and watch the dolphin at play. We love to cook in the condo and eat on the balcony or visit one of the many restaurants in the area. The restaurant on property is beyond compare in Rocky Point.

I was employed by the developer of the resort and realized what a great investment it would be as well as a short drive, lovely people and the beach is great!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I love how peaceful it is, even with the children playing. It is such a large resort that it never seems really crowded. The staff is so courteous and helpful. Our condo is beautifully furnished and is so relaxing to be in the condo or on the balcony and watch the ocean waves roll in.

Your condo was way beyond our expectations! Beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable. Has everything you need--TV in every room was a plus! Great time. Met lots of nice people at the pool. Would love to revisit in September. Look for a call or email.

We loved your "beach home" and really enjoyed our time here. It is a beautiful setting with so many things to do and see. The children and grandchildren had a wonderful time in the pool and on the beach---they wanted to stay here and not go to Phoenix. We look forward to returning again soon. Our children live in Germany and will be returning next time they visit us in Phoenix. Thanks for your help.
