My husband and I live in an adult community in the west valley of Phoenix. We try to visit our condo as much as possible, because it is so beautiful and comfortable just to relax, sit on the balcony, and watch the dolphin at play. We love to cook in the condo and eat on the balcony or visit one of the many restaurants in the area. The two restaurants on property are beyond compare in Rocky Point.

I was employed by the developer of the resort and realized what a great investment it would be as well as a short drive, lovely people and the beach is great!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I love how peaceful it is, even with the children playing. It is such a large resort that it never seems really crowded. The staff is so courteous and helpful. Our condo is beautifully furnished and is so relaxing to be in the condo or on the balcony and watch the ocean waves roll in.
