Your family will enjoy all the beauty Palmetto Dunes has to offer in this sensational fully equipped villa. The master bedroom on the first floor includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom on the first floor as well.
Enjoy preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen where you can either eat in the dining room or on the deck nestled among the palm trees.
The second floor has a loft with a daybed and a trundle. The second bedroom is lovingly furnished with a queen bed and a single bed and has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom accommodates two queen beds as well as a twin bed and has an en-suite bathroom.
Enjoy the villa, but don't forget to venture outside. From the back deck you can see the heated pool and its just a short five minute walk to the beach.
If you are a golfer, you will want to remember your clubs. Hilton Head has some of the best courses in the country including the George Fazio course, right in Palmetto Dunes.
Dining options are abundant - no matter what your preference and there are fireworks every Tuesday evening during the summer season.
From looking for seashells in the sand to looking for your golf balls in the sand dune, Hilton Head has it all and 37 Hickory Cove will not disappoint.

We have three young children and live in Pennsylvania. We do not enjoy cold weather. We do love time together as a family, particularly if it is at a beach. Someday, we all hope to move south. Our children said that we will all live in the same neighborhood. It sounds delightful!
Why the Owner Chose Hickory Cove Villas
Pittsburgh weather v. South Carolina weather. Need I say more? We believe that Palmetto Dunes is the most beautiful place on Hilton Head Island. It has maintained a "neighborhood" feel. We have actually spent some weeks in Hilton Head and never left Palmetto Dunes, it has everything we need.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
37 Hickory Cove is perfect. When we stay here we fluctuate between the beach and the pool. What is great is that we are so close to both, that we never have to get in the car to go to either. That way, restroom and lunch/snack breaks are never a hassle which is so important particularly when you have children. Furthermore, we ride our bikes all over Palmetto Dunes and the kids think its a blast! We make about three trips a day to the General Store!
