We stayed here during my 13 yo daughter's Spring Break... 2 couples, mother-in-law, 2 friends of my daughter, and my 4 yo son. The place is great and is just like the pictures show. Check-in was simple and quick, everyone was comfortable, and everyone had privacy when needed. The place is very big, I referred to it as "the compound". Boating was a quick 10 minute ride to the cut,.."Coffins Patch" was right out in front for the kids to snorkle, and Sombrero Light House (highly recommended) was also a quick ride. The kitchen was great and with an extra fridge and a bait freezer we wanted for nothing. After 3 days we were still discovering things about the house. Stay here if you can...we will certainly stay again. Advice--Bring a pop-up canopy for the pool area--its very sunny and the shade was appreciated. The other couple we stayed with already booked again for the spring.

WE HAVE A GROUP OF FRIENDS THAT STAY AT THIS HOUSE EVERY YEAR. THE PLACE IS AWESOME. WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS AND WE DON'T HAVE TO SHARE THE POOL OR THE FISHING DOCK WITH ANYONE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS ON THE BALCONY WHICH IS ON THE BAY SIDE AND SOMETIMES IN THE MORNING YOU CAN SEE THE DOLPHINS SWIMMING.

We stayed at this property for two weeks and caught tons of FISH! We parked our boat the whole time at the house's huge boat dock and we cleaned our fish everday at the covered cleaning table, and the property even has a whole extra bait freezer and extra fish storing freezer on the property! 3 freezers were enough to store over 100 lbs of fillets, 6 boxes of chum, 4 boxes of sardines, misc bait and all of our food had its own space in the kitchen freezer. Basically what I am getting at is this place is set up for the serious fisherman. It is not just a house, but a whole fenced in estate! Also my wife and kids swam in the heated pool while I was out fishing everyday with my brothers! We will be back for sure!!

This property is perfect for a large family with children. The cul-de-sac location provides seclution and expansive water views and protected dockage. Large bedrooms each with a bath and 1/2 bath on top floor. Plenty of room to get away and space for the kids to play including a heated pool. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers both on property and nearby. Property owner is extremely accomodating to ensure that property is maintained including a local managment company that also includes a beach club with villas. We have rented villas for days in advance of the house rental and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have rented the home for 5 consecutive years.

We love this tropical paradise. Friends and family gather here once a year for a relaxing exciting vacation. You have your very own pool and a great fishing and boating dock. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great relaxing vacation.

My husband and I have stayed several times with our friends in this house. Our last stay was our 30th anniversary. We redid our vows on the property. It's so relaxing , it's a very nice place for vacation. With the pool right there and the fishing dock what else could you ask for. This location is great for friends get-togethers, family vacations or business retreats. I would highly recommend this property.
