Why the Owner Chose Ocean Reef
Panama City Beach is within 10 hours drive of over 50 million people, including us. There is plenty to do, or not do, as the mood strikes. Beautiful beaches, warmer than home (Louisville), and no list of chores to do. Great recharging for the old internal batteries. This makes the perfect get-away spot for family vacations and adult trips with friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We find the 8th Floor location to be ideal. The view is breathtaking; we're close enough to the beach to hear the kids(a sharp whistle and a hand wave can get their attention), but far enough away so that people on the Beach are not an intrusion ; we're mere feet away from our assigned, covered parking space, via 3 convenient elevators; and we're close to Pier Park, a terrific new developement of stores, restaurants and movies, plus a so many other activities! Only 161 units total in building

This condo was extremely clean and decorated wonderfully. Owners were extremely quick to respond and overall stay was great. Good location in PCB as well!

This condo was one of the cleanest and nicest decorated condo's me and my family have stayed in. Great location in Panama City as well. The only issue we had during our stay was the indoor pool heater did not work while there and although the owners were not at fault, they responded immediately to the situation. Would highly reccommend this condo!
Owner response:Thanks for the great comments. The pool issue was to be resolved by 1/1 however I just talked with Maintenance, and the parts to repair the dehumidifier are still not in. The ETA is by mid January. We sure hope so!!

Even though we had to deal with Tropical Storm Lee, we still ended up having the best time. The condo was PERFECT. The most awesome view i've ever seen. We will be staying here again!!

We personally go twice a year just to deep clean and touch up, so that our guests have a really special experience. Even occasional bad weather is pretty cool from the oversized balcony. Our family stayed at this rental recently. The pictures accurately reflect this condo. This condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We found it to be clean and very well maintained. It has all the comforts of home. The view is gorgeous. My daughter and I went parisailing. The banana boat picked us and dropped us off at our resort which was more convienent than having to dirve to another location. There are many restraunts close by as well as options for shopping. We throughly enjoyed our vacation and look forward to returning again.

Thank you for the beautifully appointed and well maintained condo at Ocean Reef. We have stayed at many condos along the Gulf Coast. This one was easily the cleanest. The view was spectacular. We found the owners very helpful. To add to our delight, we had beautiful weather all week!!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was very clean and well kept. We had a small problem with the washing machine so we called the owners and they had someone in to fix it the next day. I would definately recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay somewhere and feel at home. Also the beds were VERY comfortable.

This condo is EXACTLY as pictured. No surprises, It is very clean, everything is as shown, beautiful! The views of the ocean are spectacular, regardless if you are inside looking out or sitting outside on the spacious balcony.The owners are delightful to work with, very accomodating and helpful, they are willing to accomodate in any way. We vacationed with our two teenage-almost adult children and they enjoyed the condo and the close proximity to everything as well. We typically stay in upscale hotels in a suite, this was by far, much better, almost like being at home. We enjoyed it so much that we are already hoping and planning to return next year.

Your condo was awesome. My parents loved the view from the oceanfront bedroom. The patio was very spacious and perfect for sitting in the sun. The view was amazing as well as the sunset.
