  Just got home from a week at the condo and it was everything we expected and more. Great view of the Gulf and beach from the 8th floor balcony. Reserved parking space near the elevator was a plus. Walk to the beach was easy.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

  After many trips to the beach and renting condos in PBC this condo hands down has the 5 star rating! I like the location as it relates to our usual spots around shopping, eating and beach time. The pool area is great and the beach access was perfect. The 8th floor provides spectacular views (we have been on the 23rd floor of this bldg and the view wasn't good at all). The common areas of the bldg are always clean and well kept. The unit itself was beyond what we expected. The unit is very clean, carpet to the ceiling. Everything works well and the manual spells everything out for guests. They even have tons of beach equip that the kids and myself loved. We never took the chairs and thing we brought out of the car. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. There was even a Win Dixie loyalty card to use while there. I have been in a number of Condos, choose this one and you will look no further! Talk about a turn key vacation! Can't wait for next year

  We were a party of two couples and this condo was perfect for us! Both rooms have king beds and separate bathrooms. The decor is modern, tasteful, and extremely comfortable. The unit is clean and very well kept. The pictures posted are accurate, the description is exact, and the owners are a pleasure to work with. We didn't experience a single interruption of service or negative incident. The location is minutes from everything in Panama City Beach and, being on the 8th floor, the unit is not too high or too low. The balcony is HUGE compared to most units in PCB. You can certainly serve a whole meal for 4 and be very comfortable enjoying it. The only thing I didn't like was how the "quiet hours" at the complex are enforced. There is a security officer there (which I liked, they were very polite) and they lock the pool and beach gates from 10pm to 8am. I understand that this cuts down on the noise and late night partying. I don't have any problem with that. However, it means that if you want to visit the beach early in the morning, say 6-7am, you are forced to use an alternate access point that doesn't have a wooden walkway to the beach or water spout to wash your feet. There is nothing the owners can do about that and really, it is such a minor compliant considering how much we enjoyed the trip. And hey, you are on vacation! Sleep in! I would definitely stay here again or recomend it to friends/family. Absolutely worth the money!

  We had a very enjoyable stay! This condo is beautiful. It was a nice surprise to see beach chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys there for the kids. We had a issue with the tv provider but the owners got it fixed right away...which was no big deal but the kids ware cartoons.. Lol. I highly recommend this condo and would def stay again! Thank you so much for an awesome condo!

  I had been to panama city beach multiple times before this trip and it was an easy decision to say this was by far the best. The description of the condo is 100% exact of what it actually is and more. The owners are amazing and responded to any questions or calls immediately. Overall a 5 out of 5 star trip and look forward to staying again!!

  My family just returned from vacationing in this condo. My husband and mother kept commenting on how nice it was. We came to the conclusion that this was the most beautiful condo we've stayed in to date. The pictures do not do the view justice. The owners were a joy to work with. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

  We stayed 4-14-12 thru 4-21-12. 4 adults. Our stay was fabulous!!! We were extremely comfortable. The listing is accurate and true. The setting is breath taking. Almost couldn't make it back (ha). The only negative thing I would say is the cell service (AT&T) is not very strong inside the building. But you are on vacation.....Right? WILL be going back. As long as the price is not a factor during that time.

  This is a fantastic condo to stay at. Everything was in good working order. Very clean. Exactly as it said and as the pictures show. I love the location. Just walk out on the beach. I loved the king beds and the master bedroom view was exceptional. So comfortable. This is a great deal and a great time to stay. It has everything you need. I will definately stay here again. The decor is beautiful. The balcony was very nice morning, day and evening. Great gulf view. We enjoyed the entire vacation. We will be back and are anxious for our next stay. The only thing I could say negative is, "Our stay was not long enough" Thank you so much!!!!

  We had a wonderful 4-day vacation in this condo over spring break. We had a group of 2 adults and 2 college students and the space was perfect for us. The condo was beautifully decorated, warm colors, comfortable furniture. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The bedrooms had king-sized beds, flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and private bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basic necessities and beautiful with granite countertops and an open layout overlooking the dining and living areas. We didn't do any cooking since there were lots of great restaurants in the area, but it would have been a fun kitchen to cook in. A particularly nice feature of the condo was the keyless entry...we didn't need to worry about losing a key or taking a key to the beach with us. And speaking of the beach, it was stunning...beautiful clean sand and sparkling water. We swam A LOT....and I don't always want to go into the ocean. The balcony is huge with two chaise lounges and a table with 4 chairs. The views of the beach and the sunsets were picture perfect...ideal place to sit with a glass of wine. We have stayed in other gulf condos and this has honestly been the nicest we have stayed in. Wasn't ready to come home! The only drawback of the vacation was the large number of insane college kids in Panama City Beach but that kind of goes with the territory over spring break! I'm sure we were there the busiest week of the year! Even with all the spring break activity, the beach in front of the condo wasn't too crowded and we never had to wait to get into restaurants. We had a great time and hope to go back. Also, the owners were great communicators and were very helpful as we made arrangements. I could tell they truly wanted our stay to be enjoyable and trouble-free.

  We love this condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, fantastic view! The pictures are very accurate. We loved seeing and hearing the beautiful ocean from most places in the condo. Huge balcony! It was nice to send our teen girls on ahead to the beach or pool area and we could always see them there. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need. The owners are wonderful to work with! We love it here so much....we don't want to go home!! Thank you so very much!! David and Vanessa Hammond
