We stayed 4-14-12 thru 4-21-12. 4 adults. Our stay was fabulous!!! We were extremely comfortable. The listing is accurate and true. The setting is breath taking. Almost couldn't make it back (ha). The only negative thing I would say is the cell service (AT&T) is not very strong inside the building. But you are on vacation.....Right? WILL be going back. As long as the price is not a factor during that time.

This is a fantastic condo to stay at. Everything was in good working order. Very clean. Exactly as it said and as the pictures show. I love the location. Just walk out on the beach. I loved the king beds and the master bedroom view was exceptional. So comfortable. This is a great deal and a great time to stay. It has everything you need. I will definately stay here again. The decor is beautiful. The balcony was very nice morning, day and evening. Great gulf view. We enjoyed the entire vacation. We will be back and are anxious for our next stay. The only thing I could say negative is, "Our stay was not long enough" Thank you so much!!!!

We love this condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, fantastic view! The pictures are very accurate. We loved seeing and hearing the beautiful ocean from most places in the condo. Huge balcony! It was nice to send our teen girls on ahead to the beach or pool area and we could always see them there. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need. The owners are wonderful to work with! We had a wonderful 4-day vacation in this condo over spring break. We had a group of 2 adults and 2 college students and the space was perfect for us. The condo was beautifully decorated, warm colors, comfortable furniture. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The bedrooms had king-sized beds, flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and private bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basic necessities and beautiful with granite countertops and an open layout overlooking the dining and living areas. We didn't do any cooking since there were lots of great restaurants in the area, but it would have been a fun kitchen to cook in. A particularly nice feature of the condo was the keyless entry...we didn't need to worry about losing a key or taking a key to the beach with us. And speaking of the beach, it was stunning...beautiful clean sand and sparkling water. We swam A LOT....and I don't always want to go into the ocean. The balcony is huge with two chaise lounges and a table with 4 chairs. The views of the beach and the sunsets were picture perfect...ideal place to sit with a glass of wine. We have stayed in other gulf condos and this has honestly been the nicest we have stayed in. Wasn't ready to come home! The only drawback of the vacation was the large number of insane college kids in Panama City Beach but that kind of goes with the territory over spring break! I'm sure we were there the busiest week of the year! Even with all the spring break activity, the beach in front of the condo wasn't too crowded and we never had to wait to get into restaurants. We had a great time and hope to go back. Also, the owners were great communicators and were very helpful as we made arrangements. I could tell they truly wanted our stay to be enjoyable and trouble-free.

This condo was extremely clean and decorated wonderfully. Owners were extremely quick to respond and overall stay was great. Good location in PCB as well!

Excellent Condo

This condo was one of the cleanest and nicest decorated condo's me and my family have stayed in. Great location in Panama City as well. The only issue we had during our stay was the indoor pool heater did not work while there and although the owners were not at fault, they responded immediately to the situation. Would highly reccommend this condo!

Owner response:Thanks for the great comments. The pool issue was to be resolved by 1/1 however I just talked with Maintenance, and the parts to repair the dehumidifier are still not in. The ETA is by mid January. We sure hope so!!

Even though we had to deal with Tropical Storm Lee, we still ended up having the best time. The condo was PERFECT. The most awesome view i've ever seen. We will be staying here again!!

We personally go twice a year just to deep clean and touch up, so that our guests have a really special experience. Even occasional bad weather is pretty cool from the oversized balcony. Summer vacation

Our family stayed at this rental recently. The pictures accurately reflect this condo. This condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We found it to be clean and very well maintained. It has all the comforts of home. The view is gorgeous. My daughter and I went parisailing. The banana boat picked us and dropped us off at our resort which was more convienent than having to dirve to another location. There are many restraunts close by as well as options for shopping. We throughly enjoyed our vacation and look forward to returning again.

Great Condo

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was very clean and well kept. We had a small problem with the washing machine so we called the owners and they had someone in to fix it the next day. I would definately recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay somewhere and feel at home. Also the beds were VERY comfortable.

Thank you for the beautifully appointed and well maintained condo at Ocean Reef. We have stayed at many condos along the Gulf Coast. This one was easily the cleanest. The view was spectacular. We found the owners very helpful. To add to our delight, we had beautiful weather all week!!

This condo is EXACTLY as pictured. No surprises, It is very clean, everything is as shown, beautiful! The views of the ocean are spectacular, regardless if you are inside looking out or sitting outside on the spacious balcony.The owners are delightful to work with, very accomodating and helpful, they are willing to accomodate in any way. We vacationed with our two teenage-almost adult children and they enjoyed the condo and the close proximity to everything as well. We typically stay in upscale hotels in a suite, this was by far, much better, almost like being at home. We enjoyed it so much that we are already hoping and planning to return next year.

Your condo was awesome. My parents loved the view from the oceanfront bedroom. The patio was very spacious and perfect for sitting in the sun. The view was amazing as well as the sunset. We loved this Condo and the location! It was large enough for my family, including my 2 year old, she had plenty of room to run and play! The view from the LARGE patio was awesome, we were able to see the sunset over the ocean. It was very convenient to shopping and a variety of restaraunts! I have been going to Panama City Beach since I was a child and I love this end of the beach, very quiet and away from the "Strip." Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo and for all of your additional assistance!

The Condo was excellent! I was happy when i called guest service to ask if we can check in early my daughter was car sick from our 9 hr drive. I was told yes! That was Guest Service at its best!!!! We will be back.
