Romar Place, a 3rd floor beachfront condo with high speed internet web access, is an elegant 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath vacation get-away. The luxury Orange Beach gulf front condo is a Family Friendly, Non-Smoking, 3rd-floor unit with three bedrooms and a beautiful large Gulf-front balcony (King Size Master, Queen in Guest Room 1, 2 Twins Guest Room 2, Pull out Sofa Sleeper). The unit also has a flat panel HD TV in the Master and a DVD/VCR Flat Screen in the living room. Both of the other bedrooms have TVs as well.
This beautiful Orange Beach Gulf Front condo features a large Gulf-front pool with staggered steps for water babies, and a large pool for lap swimmers. The heated indoor pool complete with Jacuzzi and work out room offer lots of opportunity to exercise or just plain relax.
The sound of ocean waves breaking on the beach makes for great sleeping in the master bedroom. With its own sliding glass doors to the balcony, you can have some private time away from all the activity. The two guest bedrooms are both good size rooms with TV’s. A full-size washer and dryer offer you the conveniences of home.
Equipped with most everything you might need, the kitchen is well enough stocked even for the gourmet cook. A large inventory of serving plates, flatware, and utensils ensure you can serve as many as you need to. Don't bring pillows or towels- we've got plenty of extras!
The open floor plan offers both a beautiful view, but also a practical set-up for vacation schedules. If cooking isn't in your vacation plans, there are miles of restaurants, beach front cafes and night spots to choose from.
Romar Place is considered by many to be one of the best beachfront condos. With only 66 units, it isn’t a high rise condo with crowded beaches, pools and long elevator waits. Its size, beautiful design, and amenities make it a perfect getaway spot for families, couples, or business events. Long weekends make a great mini-vacation to recharge your batteries.
Many company meetings are held here because of the golf, fishing, and other entertainment opportunities. The Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area has literally hundreds of charter captains and fishing boats and the fishing is superb!

Why the Owner Chose Romar Place
We live in Grapevine, TX, right between Dallas and Fort Worth. Orange Beach or Mobile Alabama are both 1 & 1/2 hour flights. We can be down here and on the beach within hours.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Knowing how important it is to feel really comfortable, we double the amount of linens, dinnerwear and towels. You'll find every type pillow, feather, foam etc and lots of bath and beach towels. All of our guests leave more behind for others to enjoy. There are always beach toys, a large boom box, Movies on DVD and VHS, board games (Cranium, Monopoly etc) and books.
Publix is a wonderful upscale grocery store with many specialties as well as any other groceries you may need.
This restaurant and bar sit on the Intercoastal Waterway and have 3 levels, ground level where wonderful Sunday breakfasts are served, then next level, the outside bar with a beautiful view of the wat
Another local hangout with wonderful food, friendly people and a great pour!
Great Destination for swimming (indoor and outdoor), full work out rooms, great classes including Yoga, Pilates and more. Daily rates available for guests.
A 45 year old tradition, Florabama is a structure of wooden buildings added on through time, storms etc. Famous for their musicians and ecclectic feel. A must see!

What a roomy and nice unit! We found it very clean and well equiped for all our needs. We "ate in" for most meals and the kitchen was very well equiped for anything we were cooking. The chairs and sand toys for the beach were most definitly handy. The location made going to the pools and beach very easy. Grocery stores,resturants and shops were very close by. The furinshings in this unit are very comfortable and nice. Working with Jim on the rental was very easy and pleasant. We would definely recommend this unit for your next vacation!! Hopefully, we'll be using it again soon!!!

This was a very clean and pretty condo! Everything worked out great! We loved the third floor location. The Condo was very welcoming. We went Memorial day weekend (and week) and it was never crowded on the beach in front of our condo. Both swimming pools were very nice. The kids spent a large portion of their vacation in both of them. Jim is a GREAT owner to work with. He was very helpful in our planning ahead of time and providing us what we needed to make our vacation wonderful! Thank You Jim! For letting us stay in your condo and a wonderful vacation! I hope that we get to come back next year and we are definitely going to stay in the exact same condo. Thanks again Jim!

We are enjoying the beautiful view from 3rd floor Balcony, the close walk to the Beach, the great food at the Resturants in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Our favorite being The Oyster House. Looking forward to coming again.It is Thursday morning and it has been great since last Saturday and looking forward to the last 2 days.
