The building was originally built in 1680 in the very heart of Downtown Rockport (completely renovated in 2007) and is across the street from Rockport Chamber Music Festival events and the Rockport Art Association.
One parking space (included with rental) assures guests that parking won't be a problem, even at the height of the tourist season. Walk to Bearskin Neck, retail stores, galleries, restaurants and coffee shops.
Trains to Boston with stops in other charming communities along the way are also within walking distance. Both Front and Back Beaches are an easy walk from this wonderful Downtown location.
