$400/night (2 night min) .. $2800/week
Plus $50 Cleaning fee nightly. Plus $75 Cleaning fee weekly.
50% reservation deposit, the cleaning fee + fully refundable $200 damage deposit.
14-day cancellation is required for refund of all deposits.
With less than 14 days, the Reservation deposit is forfeited.
River Dunes Cottage is also for rent short-term by the month.
