With the sale of our family home in the summer and living in a 900 apt. temporarily we had 2 of our 3 children home for Christmas. Wanting a home that was warm and cozy to bring our Christmas deco, family and friends to was our goal. After looking thru pages and pages of VRBO rentals, this home was just the perfect one for our needs. Not only was the home just what we were looking for, the home owners were equally as hospitibal and great to work with. Our stay was filled with nightly guest and day time walks and bike rides, as we were nicely situated between the pavillion/fairy and Newport pier. With the garage open for use it helped out with the parking situation. What a great stay,with plenty of beds and room to spread out and share while entertaining.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I stayed in this excellently equipped home for 10 days. It was so comfortable, clean and well stocked that we literally only brought our clothes. It has parking (which is very important down here in August). The rooms are spacious, 3 televisions - laundry in the garage. It felt like I was home. Wonderful experience. The owners are so accomodating and helpful. The pictures on VRBO reflect the charm of this home. It is close to the Fun Zone and Ferry. Just across Balboa Blvd two blocks to the ocean - one block the other direction to the Bay I hope we can stay here next summer. .Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
