Wonderful Condo..All modern conveniences. Lovely walks on Maderia at sunset. Great things to do. We went on a snorkel trip and the dolphins followed the boat all the way home. Shopping for groceries across the street as well as a drug store.. Library.. Liquor store Wonderful shopping at Local Malls. Weather was 75 - 85 with only one evening of rain. We are looking forward to renting from Sandi and Raymond again next year. They were very thoughtful ...and only a phone call away if we had a problem..which we never did! I recommend this Condo... very comfortable and clean..just like home... From Wee Rose & Mike

We met Sandi and Reymond on one of our many visits to Florida from Ireland. Without hesitation we all have to say, that their condo is the best we have stayed in. It truely is a home from home and we will be back again for a month in the summer. We would recommend it to anybody even the most fussy traveller. They have thought of everything even down to the cooler and sunchairs for the beach. The Supermarket is across the road and you can walk to the beach if needs be. We have two kids travelling with us a teenage girl and a boy of nine and when we asked them again this year where the would like to spend their vacation. "Sandi's place at Madeira Beach was the reply" Thankfully the condo was available for us again. Looking forward to the summer already.

My family and I have rented Sandi and Raymond's condo for the past five years for one week in the spring. Our most recent stay was the first week of April 2011. The reason we continue to come back year after year is easy. The condo is immaculate, furnished like your home would be, virtually everything you need is in walking distance, and the views from the balcony are spectacular. The owners, Sandi and Raymond take great pride in their rental and it shows. Each year we come we are surprised by some new update they have made. We will continue to rent from them as long as they will have us.

TWO WEEKS SUNSHINE IN NOVEMBER

We married in 2005 and spent our honeymoon in Florida at Madeira Beach Yacht Club and have been returning most years since. This however is the first year we have stayed at this condo and what an inspirational choice it proved to be. We of course knew all about the wonderful amenities in the area,beaches, restaurants, entertainment etc., so that was something to look forward to. However what turned out to be the jewel in the crown of our holiday was the accommodation. The condo was perfect. Super view overlooking the moorings from a very nice balcony which was ideal for a seat in the sun or a nice romantic aperitif in the evening. Inside the living area was so welcoming with every possible aid we could imagine for our comfort also a level of cleanliness which was outstanding. The beds were excellent even after a very long flight we were able to sleep like babies(some baby!) I am sure you can understand how much we loved our holiday and when we go back to Florida as I am sure we will this accommodation will definately be the one for us.

Just got back from a two weeks vacations in Madeira Beach. We loved the condo. Very well situated. Only minutes from the beach and the grocery store (Winn Dixie). The pools at the yacht club are very nice. We prefered the big one next to the main office since it's more quiet (no A/C running constantly). John's pass is only a few minutes drive and it's very fun. We took the cruise from there to go see the dolphins. The kids loved it and the adults too. The beach is probably the nicest on this area. We went to Clearwater and De Soto park. We believe that Madeira beach is the best. You will find everything in the condo. Nothing is missing (washer/dryer, internet access, BBQ, TV, DVD, etc.) We were 7 in this condo and it's spacious enough. Municipal park is just a 5 minutes walk. This was also great for the kids. We recommend this condo to anyone. Great place. Mrs Peacock is very nice and very quick to answer any questions you might have. Thank you very much Mrs. Peacock.

We just returned from a wonderful week of vacation at this beautiful Madeira Beach condo. We had everything we needed and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Our crew included three small children (ages 2, 4 and 6) and 4 adults and there was plenty of room for all. We enjoyed the pools, the fitness center, the short walk to the beach, the access to shopping, restaurants and activities like miniature golf, and we even spent a day at nearby Busch Gardens. Sandi and Raymond were gracious hosts and even provided us with assistance via phone the day we checked in. I would recommend this condo to anyone as a fantastic beach getaway. We definitely plan on returning!

Canadian/ Indiana Family Christmas Vacation

"What a fabulous condo to stay at! My parents drove from Indiana and my boyfriend and myself flew from Fort Erie, Ontario and we had the pleasure of staying at Sandi and Raymond's condo. We have stayed at many different condos in the Maderia Beach area each year and this 2009/2010 Christmas stay was the best. The location is fantastic and the yacht club is a great place to stay if you enjoy a fantastic view of the bay and enjoy fishing, pool, sauna and hot tub/swim pool. What more could you want! You are a very short walk from the beach, along with a short walk to the store and library. We took advantage of all the amenities while vacationing at this condo. And the most pleasurable thing was the safe gated condo that was "white glove' clean! You I think the thing that made us feel so at home was, Sandi and Raymond's kindness that they showed. That wanted us to love the condo- their home. That was no problem- you immediately fall in love with the condo and you feel you have a special bond with the owners from the very first time you email to inquire about the rental. We have never experienced that special feeling from the condo owner-usually they just worry about getting their money and they tell you to contact the office if there is a problem. The Peacock's didn't do that-they gave all their contact telephone numbers and told you to just call them if any problems came about. My family and I were welcomed with a condo/ rental gift upon our arrival with a sweet note from the Peacock's that you knew came from the bottom of their hearts that we enjoy our stay in their home! Our family went on two lunch/dinner boat cruises while in Florida and the distance from the condo to travel to board the boats was great , not to mention the scenic view to Clearwater (less than 20 minutes away) and all the shopping and choices of restaurants that you see along the way! You are very close to two huge flea markets. One is outdoor and the other one is right next door and is an indoor market. There are lots of thrift stores and antique stores and malls to wander around in too. We also took advantage of the pizza restaurant that is within walking distance of the condo along with the miniature golf entertainment just around the corner of the pizza place. We also took the trolley instead of driving, which is very cheap and convenient to do from this condo. Anyone can do it! We would recommend this condo to anyone-SUPER NICE and just such SUPER NICE owners.

Great Condo...Ideal for families

We decided to make a last minute trip to the beach before the kids returned to school and happily found this condo. We have been to Madeira Beach several times but have never stayed at this location before. We LOVED the condo, it was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The resort was great for the kids with 2 pools, a club with 2 pool tables and for the energetic a small gym. It was also convenient with a supermarket and a small strip mall within walking distance. The beach was only a 2 minute walk with rental chairs available if required. We would recommend this condo and will look to return should we get the chance. Another plus was the unit had internet access which was vital as we needed to keep in touch with our business in Orlando.

Family Get away

Our family vacation was great and the accomadations were execellent. The owner was very nice and helpful in every way. Sandi went out of her way to accomadate our schedule and dealing with the management company was easy. They had a convient after hours key pick-up. The condo was suprisingly clean for a Florida rental, they are usually musty and old looking. This condo was so clean and fresh and had everything you needed in it. The yacht club was gated, which I really liked that extra safety factor in an unfamiliar place. The location was great. John's Pass was right down the road with plenty of eating places and shops to look at. The beach across the street was clean and provided rental chairs, umbrellas and outside showers to hose off. All in all, it was a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

My step-mother owned a place in the Yacht Club for over 20 years. She sold it last year. My family loves the convenience of the club and Sandi's place is well appointed, clean and has a wonderful location.She worked with me on getting a SUN-SUN rental and was very easy to deal with. Unless we purchase a unit there first, I'lll be incontact to rent it again! Thank you Sandi.
