Perfect location on the East end of Destin (miramar beach) this home is a 30 second walk to the beach with no roads to cross and just a two minute walk to the Silver Sands designer outlet mall.
Ground Level - This is your main living space. There is a Living room with large flat screen and a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen and dining room. This level also has a queen bedroom with a full bathroom that can be made private or shared with the common area (two entrances)
Second Level - Queen bedroom with private gulf view balcony. Bunk room with two double/twin bunks. These two rooms share a bath room but there is a door on each side so you can lock the kids out if you like! There is also a king suite with a huge full bath with seperate garden tub and walk-in closet (the walk-in is large enough for a pack n' play)
The top level of the home is one big master suite! This king bedroom has a private gulf-view, wrap around balcony and a luxurious private bathroom with garden tub and seperate shower.
the private pool is surrounded by a large privacy fence and can be heated in the winter for an additional fee.

Our stay was spectacular. We have been to Destin before but have never stayed in such nice accomodations. We were close to the beach, shopping and our favorite restaurants. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasurable.

This house was fantastic. It was elegant and clean. Originally, we wanted a house directly on the beach, but they were too pricey. This house had it all! There was plenty of room for the 5 adults and 4 children. The location was perfect! We were a few steps from the beach and a few more steps from shopping. I recommend this house to everyone. We would definetly make a trip back to Destin and stay at his home.

Great house! Very close to the beach, and it was awesome to have our own pool. For those flying in, be prepared to purchase all the little things though. We had to buy salt & pepper, coffee filters, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc - not too big of a deal, but thought at least some of that would have been included. Overall a fantastic house!!
