This house is central to most parts of SeaPines and is about a 10 minute bike ride from Southbeach, 5 minutes from the beach & 20 minutes to Harbor Town. We have a few bikes and also sometimes rent some so being able to bike/walk all around is fun. There's a fully equipped kitchen as we often cook gourmet meals when we visit.

We love that the family living room is great for playing games, watching a movie or just sitting around enjoying each other's company. It also doubles well as an additional bedroom with two couches and room for a queen sized air mattress.

There's always enough room for everyone who goes and three lovely porches. IN the breezeway there's an outdoor heated shower that's great for getting the sand/ocean off before going inside.

  • This house has always been the perfect house. I have stayed here numerous times with friends and family. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you could want. The walk to the beach is the perfect distance and the bike paths are fun for everyone, and get you quickly to many of Sea Pines' attractions. The house is cozy and has enough room for large groups of people. I would recommend this to anyone and will continue to rent it in the years to come.

  • This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends! With 5 adults and 2 toddlers we had plenty of room to hang out together, but also to get some alone time! The owners are great to work with and you can't beat the rates for a full size house in Sea Pines!
