This house is central to most parts of SeaPines and is about a 10 minute bike ride from Southbeach, 5 minutes from the beach & 20 minutes to Harbor Town. There's a fully equipped kitchen as we often cook gourmet meals when we visit.
We love that the family living room is great for playing games, watching a movie, or just sitting around enjoying each other's company. It also doubles well as an additional bedroom with two couches and room for a queen sized air mattress.
With 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining area, there is always enough room for everyone who goes! There are also 3 lovely porches and a bonus room with TV/DVD and card table that is great for the kids! The bonus room can even sleep 2 extra people with its twin and trundle beds.
In the breezeway there is an outdoor heated shower that is great for getting the sand/ocean off before going inside. There is also a hose in the back to rinse of the bikes after going to the beach!
Right out the back door there is a path through the trees that leads to the paved bike trail. The moment you and your friends step foot or pedal on that bike trail, the options are endless!!!! We all love to bike to SouthBeach for its tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants, to historical sites with Native American ruins, to the beautiful natural preserves with their native wildlife flora and fauna (fish, birds and GATORS included!), and especially to the beach (5 minutes away!). All make for a great and relaxing week on Hilton Head Island.

A long wedding weekend in Sea Pines and this was better than words

A friend of ours really lucked up and married a beautiful girl from Hilton Head, so four groomsmen from up and down the East Coast and a couple of their better halves descended on this house for a few nights. We couldn't have been more pleased. The house was clean, spacious, very well-kept and centrally located. We looked at the map when we got there, and discovered that we could bike everywhere we needed to be. So bike we did - in cocktail dresses and tuxedos, in flip-flops and bathing suits. Proximity to the Sea Pines Plantation for the wedding, proximity to the beach, proximity to the cocktail party and the rehearsal dinner. Extreme proximity to hanging out in the backyard and to lounging around the beautiful kitchen/dining area during downtimes. If you needed to find the groom during the weekend, he was with his friends and we were at or around this incredible home. We have the pictures to prove it - of the groom’s dad straightening out his tie for him in the living room one hour before the wedding. It’s a priceless photograph. The house was perfect. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how easy and flexible the owners were to work with too, they seem like wonderful people. They definitely have a wonderful, comfortable home. Thank you so much for having us, and we hope to come back in the very near future.

This house has always been the perfect house. I have stayed here numerous times with friends and family. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you could want. The walk to the beach is the perfect distance and the bike paths are fun for everyone, and get you quickly to many of Sea Pines' attractions. The house is cozy and has enough room for large groups of people. I would recommend this to anyone and will continue to rent it in the years to come.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends! With 5 adults and 2 toddlers we had plenty of room to hang out together, but also to get some alone time! The owners are great to work with and you can't beat the rates for a full size house in Sea Pines!
