This property is located in Alto, New Mexico (ten minutes from Ruidoso off of HWY 48). Although this property has been in our rental pool for two previous years, the new owner has made some great changes to it. This lodge has added new updated furniture in the living area and a 52 inch flat screen TV for the football games or movies you like to watch. There is a full kitchen with a separate dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the other rooms have queen beds. There are three full baths on the premises for your comfort. And now there is a hot tub for your enjoyment, after those log days of skiing or playing golf.
This home is right at the entrance of The Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club, and with a letter from the owner you may dine, drink, golf or swim for a fee with permission. This lodge is located 5 minutes to the turn off to Ski Apache, Tube and Tow, or the baseball fields. You are 15 minutes to The Spencer Theater, and close to Bonito Lake. With all the changes that are coming to this property, you will want to make this your Ruidoso Getaway! This lodge rents for $225 a night off season, $250 a night in the ski and summer seasons and $400 a night on holidays. There is a one time cleaning fee of $140 when reserving this lodge. No Smoking or Pets Allowed. Plenty of Wildlife around this lodge!
