The newly constructed villa de los suenos del pedregal is a magnificent property, with over 11,000 sq/ft inside and over 10,000 sq/ft of balcony’s and terrace areas outside. It sits high on the Pedregal perch.
It’s a contemporary hacienda-style designed villa with three sumptuous main house suites, three suite casitas, and a separate two bedroom guest house. Nearly every room has a king sized bed, most have private terrace or balcony areas, and all have ensuite bathrooms. Along with all these private bedrooms the house also offers many great central meeting areas.
There are ocean views from every window of the house
There are two large swimming pools, and a Jacuzzi. It even has its own waterfall!
A 3 hole putting green and has its own gym.
A chef is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner at an extra charge. The chef will even do the grocery shopping at no charge.

we went with a group of 8 couples to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and we had an awesome time. The house is absolutely beautiful with tons of room. Like I said we had 16 people and it never felt crowded. The people that take care of the house, Juan and his wife were just great. They were there for our every need and want, but were never in the way. We had them make us breakfast and dinner each day and it was really,really good.I highly recommend this house to anyone who crave luxury.Not one complaint!! The owner Mark was very friendly and helpful in my many e-mails asking questions. Hoping we can go back one day soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife-to-be and I searched all the top resorts (have stayed in many of them). We could not have stumbled across a better home than this. We did not know what to expect and every high expectation was not only met but exceeded. The home is so well designed and the sense of grandness and scale is incredible. There are four master suites and 4 bedrooms that are also huge yet without all glass views. Not a bad bedroom in the house. The owner, Mark, is extremely helpful and despite our 100's of emails in preparation for our event, he hung in there and my wife had a list. I work for Sotheby's International Realty in San Francisco and see many beautiful homes in SF, Marin and Napa. This home was just as gorgeous as any I have ever seen. It is well appointed and not over cluttered. The ceilings soar but you will find yourself living indoor and out all the time. Best part of the home is the staff. Juan and Carlos are HEROES!!! You will know Carlos well because he may be the best and hardest working bartender around. No need to spend $20 for a margarita at Las Ventanas or Esperazna.... much better right here and Carlos brings back the receipts. Juan's wife is such a good chef, she could work and run any restaurant in San Francisco. She is amazing. The entire experience was perfect. We could not have been happier. It was the perfect wedding and I am happy to let you know more about our experience if you have questions. The least I can do is help others now that we had such a great trip.

Couldn't dream of a more wonderful place to stay. Not only are you in, seriously, a near palace, the views from the pool, patios, bedrooms are incomparable. Outdoor showers, wine cellar, flat screens everywhere, two pools and a whole lot more. I've stayed any many homes in Pedregal, this is bye far the best I've ever been in.
