The newly constructed villa de los suenos del pedregal is a magnificent property, with over 11,000 sq/ft inside and 1000’s of sq/ft of balcony’s and terrace areas outside. It sits high on the Pedregal perch.
It’s a contemporary hacienda-style designed villa with three sumptuous main house suites, three suite casitas, and a separate two bedroom guest house. Nearly every room has a king sized bed, most have private terrace or balcony areas, and all have ensuite bathrooms. Along with all these private bedrooms the house also offers many great central meeting areas.
There are ocean views from every window of the house
There are two large swimming pools, and a Jacuzzi. It even has its own waterfall!
A 3 hole putting green and has its own gym.
A chef is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner at an extra charge. The chef will even do the grocery shopping at no charge.
