Enjoy Folly Beach in our beautiful, newly renovated unit. It features heart pine flooring throughout, a Sony 5.1 Digital Surround Sound Theater with HD DirectTV (featuring a 42" Sony Bravia wall-mounted HDTV and a top-of-the-line Sony Blu Ray/DVD player), WI-FI and free long distance calls, all brand new appliances including a Samsung bottom freezer refrigerator and a Frigidaire gas oven/range and dishwasher, tons of natural light, and an eclectic mix of comfortable designer furniture and decor.
The layout is extremely spacious, with the living room, dining area and kitchen area all connecting together without walls. There is a large porch out front, and a small one out back, from which you can see the ocean. A great place to find some solitude.
The unit is located right behind Bert's Market, which is the local 24 hour grocery store, so if you arrive and find you are missing something, odds are Bert's will have it, and you are only footsteps away. (We can also arrange to have your unit PRESTOCKED with groceries. Just mention it.) You are also only one block from Center St., the heart of Folly Beach's commercial district, with a great variety of shopping and delicious food. Don't forget to visit the pier!
Oh, and if you have more than 8 people, but less than 14, we have a unit right next store that sleeps up to six (4 adults, 2 kids), and shares the large front porch. So you could really have a little compound if you needed it. Just let us know you're interested in both units when you talk with us!

It was everything and more as shown on the website. We loved the place and are planning a trip back in the fall. We loved all the people we met at Bert's and Folly Beach. The owners were the nicest people and so helpful. The place was clean and so comfortable. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed riding our bikes everywhere. It was nice to be in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We loved the new place called The Black Magic Coffee Shop. Great breakfast, smoothies and coffee. The people were also very nice. We liked Rita's and The Lost Dog. Food was great at all places. We cooked a lot so we did not try all of the places. We can not forget Tokyo Crepes. Awesome! It was really nice that Bert's had some organic food for us. If you are into wines, make sure you talk to Bryan at Bert's. His suggestions were incredible. I have already recommended this place to many of my friends.

If you look at the pictures you would say, ok this place will do, BUT from the minute you get there you feel like you belong at this house. The owners are some of the nicest people who care about how you feel and your stay is. We rented both halfs and had friend come down with there children and we laughed and lived the joy of a vacation for a week. It was so nice that we will be booking it for next year and the years after because we loved it that much! UPSTATE NY

We just returned from a fabulous week on Folly Beach in this condo. Extremely kid friendly, It was actually cuter than it appeared in the photos with tons of character compared to most rentals. My only complaint is that we arrived on a graduation Saturday and were initially a bit put off by the tons of drunken college kids milling about. Thankfully, that crowd was gone by Sunday and the rest of our stay was great. Most days we had the beach practically to ourselves!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wonderful stay! Perfect location minutes to town, a few hundred yards to the beach. Great place for relaxing inside (fun decor! Blu-Ray/Surround sound/Wi-Fi) and outside with a great covered porch and back deck you can even see the ocean! We loved our stay and will recommend to all our friends. Adult and Kid friendly amenities combined to make this a wonderful beach retreat. Washer/Dryer and Beach towels that are provided help make packing for your getaway even easier! Great owners with personal service add to your rental experience. Thank you! Look forward to returning!

This rental exceeded our expectations! The location is ideal (less than 100 yards from the beach) and the owners were incredibly nice and outgoing. My wife and I are hoping to make this our annual refuge each Spring. It is also perfect for those who have young kids with the beach so close and lots of toys and other necessities (ie. pack n play) readily available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL!
