Overlooking the Columbia River and downtown Hood River. One half block to a set of steps that goes directly into downtown Hood River. Two blocks downhill and you are in the center of things where you will find: restaurants, coffee shops, brew pubs, wine tasting, sports shops, movie theaters, and much more.
This apartment is cozy, cute, clean and convenient. Really quiet, also. Free wireless DSL is included. Look out the window to see if it is blowing on the river. Actually, with binoculars, you can see what size sail or kite people are using. The owners are kiters and windsurfers and can provide local knowledge.
This apartment is way better than a hotel room and less expensive.
