About the owner: Teacher at a private high school, with Masters Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Autism. Parent of two young adult children, knowledgeable gardener. Lived in the town of Milford, CT for 40 years. Served as Deacon at a local church for 4 years and as Burgess in the Borough of Woodmont for 3 years. Was voted Grand Marshall for Woodmont Day 2010. Part time home inspector's assistant, and real estate agent. Enjoys tennis, boating and photography.

This vacation home is a 100-yard walk from private and public beaches. Summer fun for families include activities, such as volleyball, boating, fishing and swimming. 50-yards to the west you will find a park with playground, open grass area and asphalt-surface basketball court. Wend your way along frequented sidewalks with friendly neighbors. Join joggers and bike riders who enjoy beautiful beaches. Relax on the front porch, or side-yard with picnic table. Inside, an open floor plan gives the feeling of space, and a cool breeze off the water enters from wide open windows upstairs and downstairs. A game table featuring backgammon, chess and card games lends itself to social interactions with loved ones.
