This property is in one of the most desirable areas of the Grand Strand. It is within walking distance to Kingston Plantation Resort and Apache Pier. Ocean Annie's, an extremely popular beach spot, is only 3 buildings down. The beach is a great family beach.
The Straw Market is just across the street with a general store, restaurant, and other stores. Kroger supermarket and Restaurant Row are just a half mile away, consisting of 7 seafood restaurants, Cagney's Seafood and Steak, Rossi's Italian, and Steak and Irish restaurants.
If nightly entertainment is your thing, 2001 is also just up the street. This area of the beach has so many opportunities. Apache Pier is within walking distance with fishing, food, and nightly entertainment. Serious shopping is just up the road at Barefoot Landing, and downtown Myrtle Beach is 15 minutes away.
The condo is nicely appointed with Pergo flooring in the living area, carpet in the bedrooms which was placed in 2008. Washer and dryer available in the condo.
Private pools for condo guests are located on property- one located right under this unit and and a heated pool is located across the street with a putting green. Also, charcoal grilling areas are provided on the property.

I can't say enough good things about the owner of this property. There was an issue when we arrived that was completely uncontrollable by the owner but she was very accomodating and was able to get the issue resolved within 24 hours. The location was beautiful. We have a 7 and a 2 year old and it was a piece of cake getting them on the beach and to the pool. The pictures are a great representation of the view you'll enjoy by staying here. I can't thank you enough for making my girls first trip to the beach an overwhelming success and a time that we all will remember for the rest of our lives.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Spent a week in Myrtle Beach and loved it. This unit is right on the water and has a great view. Slept most nights with the slider open and listened to the waves crashing on the beach. Unit was clean and tidy. Hardwood floors are nice. Facilities at condo were average but, the view makes up for any short comings.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
