Location: Encinitas, San Diego County, California, USA (30 Minutes North from San Diego Airport.)

Accommodations:  Apartment in Private Triplex, 1 Bedroom + Den, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)

You'll love our cozy and comfortable Moonlight Beach one bedroom private unit!
Enjoy ocean views from almost every room! There is a large private deck with
an unobstructed ocean view at one side and a park with tennis courts on the other side.

The deck is equipped with propane heater, barbeque, tables and chairs for outdoor
lounging and viewing the sunset on the ocean. The apartment is upstairs in a private tri-plex.
It's only one block to the beach!

The one bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached small "den" with a daybed that
opens into 2 twin beds. The den will sleep 2 but it is better suited for one person.
The den is separated from the bedroom with bi-fold doors so privacy is minimal.
The den also has patio doors that open onto the outside deck.
There is a small fully equipped kitchen and linens are provided.
The apartment feels like a small house.

We have had many years of wonderful times here in Encinitas. Our place has been a gathering place for barbeques, parties, and respite for all of our family.

The Unique Benefits of this Apartment in Private Triplex

We are close to everything in Encinitas! We can walk down to Moonlight Beach, or just enjoy the view of the ocean and the ocean breeze from the comfort of our deck - which is huge! We can walk right across the street to the public tennis courts or up to the flea market or any of the many restaurants or the local theater, the La Paloma. The Del Mar Race track is near by and just a couple of miles straight up the street is all the shopping you could need. Not to mention the Coaster stops just a few blocks away in case we want to take a little trip into San Diego.

    • Lovely place, we had a great time with our two little kids being so close to the beach and to the center of Encinitas (good restaurants). The location is perfect to visit San Diego Zoo, Legoland, Disneyland, aquarium etc - we have to come back! The girls loved the deck to play, it's really hard to beat. The view is gorgeous and perfect for eating and having barbecues. Very friendly owners.

    • Wonderful place to stay. We are grandparents and took our young grandchildren for a short vacation. We were very confortable and especially enjoyed the large deck. As we relaxed with a glass of wine, the little ones played in a secure area. We had every single meal outside. Spectacular moonlight evenings. The owners were attentive and responsive. Thanks for a great week.

    • Wow! What a wonderful place to be. The deck is amazing, we saw a pod of dolphins jump by on our first day there! Location, Location, Location...easy walk to everything you could possibly need or want. We had a fabulous time and dream of returning SOON! Thanks so much for being great owners!

    • Wonderful place. The house is comfortable and cozy and the deck is amazing as it looks out to the ocean. The location is perfect, close to Moonlight Beach and downtown Encinitas. The owners were kind and very easy to work with. We look forward to a return vaction in the near future!
