This gorgeous two bedroom apartment is at walking distance from the Arc-de-Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees.
The Palais des Congres de Paris( Palais Maillot) is very close by and La Defense is 10 minutes away in subways. The residential area is nicely animated with its many restaurants and shops.
The closest subway stations are Charles-de-Gaulle-Etoile, Ternes, Porte Maillot and Argentine. "Velibs" (Paris bikes), buses and car rentals are also easily accessible.
Standing:
Nested on the second and top floor of a 19th century "Hotel Particulier", this apartment is in a building of very good standing with digit-code and gatekeeper. Its entrance is on the first floor (EU way) and the staircase leading up to the second floor is inside.
