The Egger House was originally built in 1909 on North Bernal Heights by the family, immigrants from South Tyrol. The historical San Francisco Farm House (location of the last cow on Bernal Hill) remains in the Egger family today. The setting offers a view that spans from bridge to bridge with both daytime and night sights that are awe inspiring.
Equally as distinctive is the open feeling surrounding the home. Located above the neighborhood on a long, private driveway you leave the traffic and parking woes of the city behind. Your stay at the Egger House will allow you to be minutes from all of San Francisco's attractions and yet unwind in this serene and enchanting home.
The NON-SMOKING home, with views from every window, offers four bedrooms and two baths. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and is conveniently located to the large bathroom with shower.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and offers you the sights of the city including the tops of the Golden Gate Bridge towers, the gilded dome of San Francisco City Hall and Mt. Tamalpais in Marin County. The spacious master bedroom, including California king bed, and allows you to enjoy romantic nighttime views of downtown S.F.. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. The 2 sundecks offer a panorama you seldom see.

The kitchen is a connoisseur's delight. Outfitted with a new Viking Professional stove and oven, cooking will be a pleasure and eating your meals in the dining room with a view like no other will make the evening one you will savor.
