I live in Alexandria, Virginia and am the one on the left in the photo. Until now I have not rented my condo but have decided to since it is so often empty. I have a realtor in Florida right near the condo and she handles keys, check-in/out, payments, etc. The system works great and I do hope you will visit my townhouse condo on the beach !!
