The Greneta street is a small street in the Chatelet-Les Halles and Montorgeuil pedestrian zone. House number 55 is less than 200 meters from the busy Montorgeuil street. The area has become one of the most exclusive and expensive areas of Paris, populated mainly by young professionals from the service and finance sectors. Residents include many people who have been disappointed by the Left Bank area and have moved over to the other side of the Seine. It is a very lively neighbourhood with many shops and restaurants. The nearest subway station is Etienne Marcel and Les Halles and Rambuteau stations are only a short walk away.
