Endless Views Retreat is perfect for anyone who wants to vacation on a budget, having all comforts of home and without sacrificing location. Our villa features 4 separate units accommodating multi-family travelers, small families with children, romantic couples or a couple of surfing buddies and anyone in between. This ad is specifically for our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit penthouse. It is very spacious with a full size kitchen,sat tv,wifi and ac. You can wake up to the sunrise over the mountains, watch whales breaching, sailboats, parasailers, paddle-boarders, bird watch, catch awesome rainbows, dine and end the perfect day saluting the sun as it sets right before your eyes all from your own private balconies. We are nestled on 8 private acres away from roosters, road and night club noises yet are only 1/2 mile to Tres Palmas Beach Marine Reserve. Tucked away on a hill off Rincon's 413 (surfer delight), this 2 bedroom is the perfect place for a few days away. We slept 3 over the Thanksgiving holiday. The unit is very clean and very well kept up. The bedroom and living room furniture and decor is very new, you'll definitely enjoy the furniture on the deck. The owners also provide a washer and dryer for use right outside the door of the unit. Full kitchen with modern appliances is very nice as well! The owners are very nice and live on the 3rd floor, very personable and available when needed. We were in town for a wedding and the rental is just between town and the beaches - closer to the beaches! Snorkel gear was also included with the rental. I would recommend this unit to family. The only issue we had was when arriving during the night it can be difficult to navigate the single lane street up the steep hill to the house. After a day or two it became very, very minor. The unit is just above highly recommended breakfast spot the English Rose. If you choose this spot you won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

I can't begin to describe how much of a pleasure it was to rent and stay at this house. The value is phenomenal. The owners are amazing people, and are always happy to answer your calls. (I must have called with questions a dozen times 'cause I worry too much) My trip started with a flight to San Juan. If you do not decide to rent a car, and fly into San Juan, it will cost you about $160 for a cab ride, but the views are so wonderful, it's worth the money. We arrived at our destination in time to catch the caretaker. He was extremely nice and full of useful info including the name and number of a local driver. The place was immaculate and had all of the amenities of home plus. I was a big fan of the kitchen as I love to cook. That you could go out and pick your breakfast of coconuts, bananas, tamarind and star fruit, if you were so mentally and athletically inclined, was a huge plus for me. The photos in this listing do not do it or its surroundings justice. Restraints of all kinds, bars, beach activities, etc. are all at your disposal and just a very short trip down the mountain. You are on the side of a mountain, and I was adventurous enough to make the trek down and begrudgingly back up the mountain more than once. This is not something I recommend unless you are an enthusiast or in relatively good shape. I unfortunately am a smoker. My suggestion, just call the driver. I would, and have, recommended this place to family and friends, and would love to stay there again if I am ever lucky enough to return to Rincon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
