This gorgeous four-bedroom two-and-a-half bath home located in Bear Trap Dunes is perfect for your next vacation! A beach shuttle stop directly across the street and 3 championship 9-hole golf courses provide for the perfect beach or golf getaway!
The spacious master bedroom features a king bed and on-suite bath. A bedroom next to the master features a single daybed with a pop-up trundle. The third and fourth bedrooms share a full bath and feature a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively.
The house is located less than two miles from the beach, and the rear of the house overlooks a pond and the fourth hole of Black Bear, one of 3 championship 9-hole golf courses available in the community. Single-floor living and an open floor-plan make this home perfect for relaxing and entertaining. A large great room/kitchen/dining room provides the perfect space to connect with your friends and family. The house is also very accessible - there are only three steps up to the front door, and there is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom.
A screen porch and two decks off the rear of the house provide panoramic views of the pond and golf course. A dining table on the screen porch lets you enjoy outdoor meals without having to worry about mosquitoes and other insects. An outdoor shower on one of the decks helps you keep the house sand-free.
A 46" Plasma TV is the ideal venue for watching movies, while a game table is the perfect setting for game nights (some board games and puzzles are provided). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals, and the luxurious furnishings will make this your most enjoyable vacation ever!
The quiet, friendly community of Bear Trap Dunes has something for everyone, and is a restful, beautiful place to stay. For an additional weekly fee, you can access the Bear Trap Dunes Shuttle (provides transportation to the Pavilion and downtown Bethany Beach during the summer season), and the Pavilion, which contains a fitness facility, sauna, indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a computer with internet access. A third pool is located on October Glory Road. A tot lot on Tulip Poplar Turn is great for kids. A gourmet restaurant, The Bistro, is located inside the Bear Trap Dunes Clubhouse.
Restaurants, shopping, and fun activities are located in downtown Bethany Beach and along the Bethany Beach boardwalk. A free, public beach is also located in downtown Bethany.

Hi, we're Ronayne (pronounced like "Ronan") and Paula Waldron. We purchased our home in 2004 after a last-minute search for a summer vacation rental introduced us to the community. We have enjoyed our house immensely since we purchased it. We especially like the opportunities it has given us to spend time with our daughter Grace and other members of our extended family. The peace and quiet of Bethany and the Bear Trap community allow us a chance to relax from the stresses of our daily lives and simply enjoy being together and enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we have!

We loved being in your lovely home for 3 days while playing golf at Bear Trap, Grizzly and Bay Woods. We are a ladies golf group from Gibson Island, Md. Thank for keeping your home in such a comfortable state. We loved it and treated it as if it were our own.

We all had a wonderful week here in Bear Trap at your lovely and beautifully decorated home! This was our first time visiting Delaware and we have to say that it was an amazing experience, especially thanks to all the amenities your house provided us with! Bear Trap is a wonderful community! Bear Trap Community has always been our favorite place to stay. Your house was perfect for us this year. It was a grand big room and area for our father's day/US open celebration. Your kitchen is wonderful and so much seating area. The boys enjoyed golf all around the area and the girls loved walking and biking the community. This house is so centrally located to golf courses, beach, shopping and parks. It was a truly wonderful week and we are hoping to repeat at your home next year!

Girls' weekend! What a great weekend! We had ages from 12 to 63. Such a great chance for our family to all get together and relax in this great big wonderful house. We can't wait to do it again next year!
