Great Vacation at the Breakers

We had a wonderful stay at the Breakers. John is responsive (very quickly), caring, informative and was very patient with my many questions. The condo is very spacious and clean. The photos are perfectly accurate. The view from the condo is amazing. Our nights were cool so there was no need for A/C, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was awesome - almost as awesome as the sunrises, which are breathtaking and not to be missed. The beds are comfortable. Even though the entrance to the condo is right by the elevators, noise is not a problem at all. The beach is very clean and very well kept. We enjoyed the Red Parrot Bar at the Breakers, but liked Beach Bum next door even more (cheaper drinks/better food, and accessible from the beach). All on-site Breakers staff are courteous and attentive and seemed diligent in the upkeep of all facilities. The wait for the elevators isn't bad at all. Food shopping is only a few blocks away. Everything you need for cooking and serving is in the condo - even a corkscrew (thank goodness!) . It is an easy walk to the Boardwalk. Ripley's Believe It Or Not is at the Boardwalk (we found it to be not worth the price of admission). There are some fun bars, restaurants and neat shops at the Boardwalk. Broadway at the Beach is a five-minute drive away. Lots of stores and restaurants - great if you like to shop. We spent most of our time on the beach. The rental of beach chairs on the beach is expensive - either bring your own or buy them at a local store. We had a 100 percent terrific stay - just wish we could have stayed for another week! We already have recommended this condo and The Breakers to our friends and family.

The condo is everything John said it would be and he could not have been more helpful with making the arrangements. The view is stunning and the condo is very comfortable. We brought teenagers and this worked out to be a great spot, because they could come and go without us having to drive them everywhere. The beach and pool kept them busy and they were within walking distance of everything else they wanted to do. Highly recommended, particularly with kids.

We have rented at The Breakers multiple years. This resort is a great place for a family vacation. This particular unit was very spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equiped, which made dining in very convenient. All the appliances worked fine. The unit has a television set in every room, most of them flat screen sets. We traveled with children and seniors and everyone loved the place. Myrtle Beach offers grand attractions for people fo every age, and if the family wants to stay in the beaches are very nice, plus the resort has wonderful indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pools are heated, which we love during the winter season. Overall, this is a resort we highly recommend for your vacation.

The condo was exactly how the listing described it, and the owner was a breeze to coordinate with. The condo was clean and the linens package really made it easy. The view is great and the building and amenities were really nice. It's a two minute walk from several restaurants and the drive the Broadway on the Beach took no more than five minutes! It was really relaxing to be close enough to the "action" but far enough away where we could rest and have some quiet time. The owner always answered questions quickly and promptly and made booking a smooth process. He checked in with me several times before the trip to make sure I had everything I needed; it was very reassuring to know he cared about our stay so personally. I would definitely book this condo again the next time I'm in Myrtle Beach!

We rented this unit for 3 weeks in February and were 100% satisfied. The Unit was exactly as described and ready when we arrived. Had a problem with the dishwasher which was corrected the same day. Owner is one of the most helpful of any condo we have ever rented. Truly professional. We had the corner unit and would recommend it to anyone. When here, be sure to visit the Red Parrot lounge downstairs. A great place to make friends.

My family and I stayed in a corner unit with an ocean view and it was incredible. Every morning we would get up and drink our coffee on the balcony while watching a school of dolphins swimming in the water. The photos and description were very accurate. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was great and the Red Parrott restaurant downstairs was convenient for snacks and light meals. I would definitely go again.

My family's Myrtle Beach vacation spent at this property was excellent. The spacious, well maintained and appointed accomodations were quite comfortable for the 6 of us. I was particularly pleased with the transaction of the rental dealing directly with the owner, John. He was extremely responsive and made the whole process a breeze.
