Why the Owner Chose Oceanwalk
We chose this gated community because it has the best of both worlds- the beautiful beach and the privacy from the open space wetlands at the rear of this property. The area is not congested- very safe, quiet BUT you can also get to the outlet malls and attractions easily by way of the close proximity of the major highways.

Location is perfect; access to the beach is a piece of cake, but having the pool was awesome - something a lot of the beachside condos don't have. Very comfortable condo, stocked with everything you need and more. Super clean. Having secure parking, with elevator and luggage carts was an unexpected perk. Easy to get to and from all the local tourist destinations. Beach is fantastic. Walk-on only beach was super clean and quiet. Would highly recommend it.

At the end of September I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for one week. From the moment we opened the front door, to find a beautiful welcoming note from Peter and Ann Marie, we knew this was the perfect place to recharge our batteries and totally escape the busy-ness of life at home. The condo is beautiful - spacious, comfortable, cheerful, quiet, beautifully furnished and in a great location. Everything was perfect! We felt so 'at home'. This is a hidden jewel - a tiny piece of paradise. The grounds and amenities are spotless and well-maintained, the beach is gorgeous and so convenient - right across the road! Unfortunately, every day was much the same. Perfect weather, mornings at the beach, afternoons by the pool, cocktail hour on the balcony. The biggest decision to make was 'where shall we have dinner tonight'? There are many wonderful restaurants in the area - a few offering the most beautiful sunsets. Peter and Ann Marie, thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!! We left here relaxed, rested and rejuvenated - just what was needed. My only complaint - one week was too short a stay! We had a wonderful week at your lovely condo. Everything we needed and more!! Spacious with very comfortable beds and super clean. We loved the patio with the wooded balcony, so peaceful. Beautiful spot...you'll want for nothing else because everything's there on the property..pools, tennis courts, barbeques,bocce,your own private movie theatre and the beach right across the street where the sand is as soft as velvet on your feet! A well appointed kitchen that rivals our own at home plus a nice big master and huge ensuite made our stay very comfortable. We hope you enjoy your stay at Peter's Oceanwalk Condo as much as we did, cheers!

Enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing stay. A great place to stay for the whole family. We were quite pleased when we arrived. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beach was nice and clean and we saw several dolphins there and at the river. Working with the owners was pleasant and easy to do. Would love to visit and stay here again.

I have had the pleasure of renting this condo over the Easter break. It was a beautifully furnished unit that was well stocked and very comfortable. My family was able to take advantage of the club house and enjoyed walking to the ocean for some exquisite views of mother nature at her best. We were even lucky enough to see some dolphins swimming while we were there. We hope to be able to come back again in the future. Thanks Peter for sharing your piece of paradise with us.
