My daughter's and I had a wonderful mini vacation. The condo was in the perfect location and it's beautiful. Linda had everything we could possibly need in the condo. We didn't need to drive anywhere the entire trip. Linda was great and very helpful! Would love to stay longer next time. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!

There were 6 adults an 18 month and 6 week old staying here. With all the little ones accessories and needs, there was still plenty of room. I would recommend renting this to those of you needing 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. This experience was unbelievable and comfortable. Each bedroom had their own full bathroom, tons of drawer and closet space. We loved it!

This condo is THE PERFECT home away from home! we walked in and right away felt at home! SO relaxing and nice! the space was PERFECT! and the balcony was just AMAZING! everything about this condo was just what we wanted! our 3yr old daughter said as we drove up "daddy you got me a castle!!!" she felt like a princess and the WHOLE week we called it the castle. one bad thing....dryer wasnt working right and took 3 cycles to dry the towels and 2to dry the sheets....so it was a good thing i planned on staying in last day to wash all the clothes b/c they would have NEVER gotten done. and i washed all our clothes before we left as well....and the dryer broke 3 of my tanks and 1 pair of my husband's shorts....it grabs on to thin straps and just twists them til they break....so if you have any thing with thin straps or strings DO NOT DRY THEM! i had to throw them all away(some being my VERY favorite shirts:() but if that's the worst that happened....i'll take it!:) we had such a blast and WILL be returning either next year or year after!:) such a perfect family spot! BIG thanks to Linda for the WONDERFUL stay! and again only down side was dryer and having to wash all the sheets and towels....wish there was a laundry service and we didnt have to wash stuff....but i WILL return either way:)

Wow ! What a nice family vacation we had in Ocean City, staying at your condo. My wife and I just recently retired and we wanted to enjoy a place that could accommodate our three daughters, son in law and two grandchildren. Your condo was spacious for the 8 of us; CLEAN, with a modern kitchen and well stocked with the basics needed to enjoy. The Beach front, overlooking the boardwalk, close to the kiddie rides and the walk to local restaurants were exactly what we wanted and got. The indoor parking garage was also a plus. A Super Fresh store, casino and the race track were less than 20 minutes away making it very convenient. I asked my wife what she thought would be needed to better enhance our stay and she couldn't think of anything. We highly recommend your unit and plan to return next year. The best testimony was our 5 year old grandson who cried when he understood that we had to leave and he asked if we could "come back soon" ! Of course we talked about that on the way home. Thank you so much for making our family vacation one to remember !

Wonderful beach home!

This is our third visit to Linda's condo at Belmont Towers. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect for taking in the sights and visiting the local businesses and amusements. Linda has always been very kind and is always available. We will be back again next year. Great family vacation with lots of space

We wanted to take a 5 day vacation with our grown children so felt that having extra space was a must. There were 6 of us (youngest was 17) so the three bedroom/three bathroom feature was a huge selling point...but it was all of the other amenities that impressed us the most. We were thrilled with the master suite with the huge bathroom and bedroom with panoramic views of the ocean including the pier and the amusement park. We enjoyed the sound system that ran throughout the condo including the balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped and comfortable. The weather wasn't great during our stay but the balcony provided some protection from the wind and we could enjoy the beautiful sunrise and then some warm sun each morning...and I can't imagine a better view anywhere in Ocean City. We felt safe in the condo with the protection of the gate at the garage and the security of the doors that require a code for entrance. We would definitely rent this condo again...we'd probably stick to the off season though since I'd imagine that it may get a bit loud with the crowds during the peak season given the proximity to all of the "action" on the boardwalk. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful place! Stayed there with my 6 sisters-in-law for a girls' getaway. Really was a getaway- everthing we needed was there for us: towels, paper products, linens, etc. Very clean, great view from boardwalk balcony, in the heart of downtown OC. Linda was great to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

BEST PLACE TO STAY

Myself and several women friends travel to O.C. every year for a girls getaway. This is the only place we'll ever stay. Great location, beautiful view, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, and literally steps from the beach! This particular unit is kept impeccably clean, nicely furnished and the owner, Linda, was a pleasure to deal with. Great alternative to staying at a large busy hotel, waiting in lines to check in and out and searching for parking spots. We can't wait to come back again. Don't waste your time looking for another place to stay, here is where you'll want to be!

Very good first time VRBO experience

We stayed at the condo in mid-September for 4 nights and had a delightful experience. Linda was very easy to work with; she was very responsive to our questions and the whole process of getting keys, parking passes, and on the back-end a return for our deposit was quick and smooth. The condo itself is very nice and was plenty big enough for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the high definition panel televisions and made good use out of the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyed two beautiful sunrises out on the balcony and also liked hearing the sounds of the boardwalk musicians in the evening. Of course there is boardwalk noise in the evening but didn't bother us at all - it's part of the experience! There is only one elevator which was a bit slow at times but not a big deal. It's only about a 5 minute drive across the bridge to Hoopers - where we enjoyed crabs one night - and grocery/outlet stores. Thanks again to Linda for the great experience and we look forward to returning again soon!

We stayed at the condo for a mini week in August 2010. Initially I was hesitant to book a vacation rental that was not handled by a realty, but the condo was perfect for our needs so I took the chance. I am glad I did. Linda was wonderful to work with. She was prompt to answer questions that I had, and has a smooth rental procedure down pat. It was a wonderful stay. The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is beautiful, clean, perfectly located near OC attractions, and the view was fantastic! I would highly recommend Linda and her beautiful home.

Family Vacation - Parents, Grandparents, Toddlers: PERFECT place!!!

Our vacation included my 70 year old parents, and my 1 and 3 year old children. This place was perfect for us. My parents don't get around as well as they used to, so the Elevator, reserved parking, and ocean front deck. They raved about the comfort and how they didn't need to leave the condo. When I woke up every morning, I found them on the deck sipping coffee and watching the sun rise. My two kids are still getting used to the idea of the "ocean". Having a quick and easy route to the ocean was a key part of the location. Out the door and you're on the beach. THere was even a small playset at the area of the beach. My son would go out on the deck and repeatedly say "I want to play on the sand castle." There were always others there for him to play with. My wife and I liked the full kitchen and seperate bathrooms for each bedroom. We were able to save a ton of cash by bringing snacks, waters, etc. and covered most breakfasts and dinners in the condo. They have every kind of cooking utiensil you could need. On one rainy afternoon, we found the DVD library....that took care of the kids, very nice touch and the surround sound is impressive. I didn't have much trouble with the sound in the condo. Early evening, there are still people walking around on the boards below, but by the time we made it to bed we were so exhausted that it didn't matter. The location is perfect. You look out over the water and can be at Trimpers in 5 minutes. The other people we met there were great and we had a wonderful time. This is the first time I rented so close to the inlet, but I'm going to do it again

It's definitely much better than renting hotel rooms. We specially loved the ocean front balcony, enjoying the sea breeze, watching the waves and the boardwalk below. The property was excellent. Luxurious and comfortable too. More than enough room for the 8 of us - 4 adults & 4 kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and all of the flat panel tv's. The washing machine was a great convenience. Even though we returned to the property by 10:00 most nights, sitting on the balcony and watching all the activity below made us feel like we were still part of the action. Would love to return next year.

A Perfect Vacation Spot

As a family of five with three children seven and under, we couldn't have hoped for a more perfect vacation condo and condo location. For years, we stayed near 2nd street at a boardwalk hotel for convenience and location. We never dreamed for just a little bit more, we could have so much more and still be on the boards. This condo is beautiful, spacious and so comfortable. We found that the pictures just don't do it justice. It does get a bit noisy at night but you can't have the convenience of being on the boardwalk without a little noise. Our kids loved their rooms, the pool and being able to look at the ocean all the time. We loved having luxury and everything else we needed so close to the beach, rides and games. Other than a quick trip to the grocery store, our vehicle never left the garage, Everything you need is right there! Thanks again Linda for sharing your vacation home. Next year we're staying longer.

Th place was beautifully decorated, spotless and roomy. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, even a crock pot. The location was such that you truely did not need to get your car out of the garage the whole stay. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the boardwalk,ocean and pier. The owner replied promptly when I had questions and was very helpful.I couldn't have wished for a nicer place!!!!

This was our second trip stayed in the same building but this condo had the most awesome view and unit is very clean with a lot of sun light. Just got back from a FABULOUS week spent in this beautiful condo! As soon as I walked in the door for the first time I knew I would be coming back again! Everything was immaculate, clean and welcoming...so bright and cheery!! The biggest plus was not having to bring linens, cleaning products and paper products...we were in need of nothing! We all felt this was a 1st class experience! You can't beat the location...we only used our car twice the entire week! Thank you soooo much Linda for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!!!

Luxurt Condo in the heart of OC

My wife and I just returned from a week long stay with our 3 young kids in this wonderful condo. We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the condo. The location is fantastic--right over the boardwalk just a few blocks from the inlet. The view is amazing. The building is conveniently situated within walking distance of most of the OC attractions. The beach is very accessible and there are beach volleyball courts and a kid's playground just across from the condo. The roof-top pool is just the right size and the kids had a blast. The view from the pool deck of the bay and Assateague island is amazing. The amenities within the condo were great- the kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked, the decor is very nice, the bathrooms are luxurious, and the living areas are comfortable and inviting. The AV systems took a little while to figure out, but ultimately worked out great. There is a dock for an ipod connected to the receiver--can play music throughout the condo, including the bedrooms and balcony. There was a nice supply of beach toys, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. The washer and dryer in the unit were super convenient and we used them often. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. The only criticism I would have is that it tended to be a bit noisy--you hear the noise from the boardwalk in the master bedroom, and the noise from the stairwell/elevator in the 2 other bedrooms. But, we were there during senior week, so we might have had an atypical experience. Overall, we would highly recommend this condo. If you want to be in a beautiful, well-equipped, convenient condo in the heart of OC, this is the place for you.

Our stay at this condo was great! The pictures on this listing do not do it justice, it is much, much nicer! Walking distance to anything you might want, and no worries about parking if you decide to go out, since 2 parking garage passes are included. The owner is very nice to work with, and we hope to return again next year! We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy a luxury stay in Ocean City!

AWESOME! This condo far exceeded my expectations! The furnishings, design, location, and of course-the view! All the conveniences of home in a stunning residence.Will never stay at a hotel in OC if this is available. Owner very nice to work with. I have told all my local friends about it.
