This second floor villa features vaulted ceilings, screened porch and separate sun deck. Lagoon views. Three LCD cable TVs (42" in the living room, 19" in the bedrooms). The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest room has two singles. (Each has its own bathroom). Completely redecorated and remodeled in 2006. We have a kitchen ideal for a snack or a 5 course meal.
Perfect location on Kiawah. Bike or walk to everything: Night Heron Park and Pool, The Sanctuary Resort, East Beach Village Towne Market, East Beach Tennis Center, the beach, and the Nature center are all within 500 yards.
Full Kiawah Resort Privileges including FREE use of all resort Amenities. This includes: swimming pools (many villas do NOT have access to pools), discounts on golf and Tennis, recreation, tours and excursions, as well as dining. Advance reservations available at restaurants, golf, tennis, and the Spa at the Sanctuary. Not available on other rental programs. Charging privileges also available. Complimentary trash, linen, and towel service.

We've been all over the Southeast and couldn't find a better place to vacation than Kiawah. All the finest recreational resort amenities plus proximity to the historical sites, cultural events and the fine dining of Charleston. Truly one of America's great cities. The golf is unparalleled. The beach is unspoiled and spectacular. The desire to keep the island as natural as possible is compelling. No traffic lights, yet all the modern conveniences. The stars at night are amazing.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The vaulted ceilings in this second floor villa have a really open feeling. The newly redecorated/remodeled interior gives a sense of luxury and relaxation. The location is literally within walking distance of everything. Load up on groceries at Fresh Fields market(3.5 miles away) at the beginning of your stay and park your car. Walk to the beach or the pool, bike to tennis, catch the door to door on call shuttle to golf. The resort connection allows reservations for restaurants, golf, and tennis to be made in advance. Stay once and you'll want to come back.
