The Terrace Suite was added in 2006 and features 3 bedrooms with individual heat controls, fully equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator/freezer, gas range, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils, private bath , and large living/dining area with TV, stereo, and wireless internet access. The living area has a great view of Mt. Marathon, and the bedrooms have views out over Resurrection Bay and Mount Alice across the bay to the east. In addition, there's a deck outside the entrance with a barbeque available for your freshly caught salmon!
The Suite can accommodate up to six people; two of the bedrooms have a queen bed each, the third bedroom has two twin beds, which can be made up into a king if desired.

Year Purchased: 1997
I've lived in Seward for a long time, and purchased this property because of it's great location. It's a historic Seward house, built before 1920, and I've completely remodeled the house, and added the Terrace Suite in 2007 in order to offer it to summer visitors. It's been very well received and we have gotten many referrals and repeat guests. I built the kitchen cabinets myself, and have done several stained glass windows in the Main House.
