If you are seeking a spacious townhouse, in a great location, at a great price, and with wonderful amenities then this is the place for you!
Our home is part of a community that gives it access to great amenities in the lodge across the street including a heated pool, 3 jacuzzi hot tubs, a game room, exercise facilities, and more.
Finished in 2007, our three story, 3,200 square foot townhouse has four bedroom suites, four and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen, great room, game room, and family room. The townhouse has fabulous views of the Jordanelle Lake and the slopes at Deer Valley.
It is located across from Deer Valley’s Deer Crest gondola in the Shores at Stillwater. It also backs onto Jordanelle Reservoir, a beautiful mountain lake. You are literally only two minutes to the lake or the ski slopes. The location offers pristine beauty and peacefulness. However, if you are the more adventurous type, there are no limits to what you can do. We are also only 10-20 minutes from Old-Town Park City, Park City Ski Resort and The Canyons Ski Resort. Sundance Ski Resort is 30 minutes away, The Sundance Film Festival headquarters is about 15 minutes away, and the Salt Lake City International Airport is about 50 minutes away.

The great room and family room have large HDTV's each with Satellite TV and a DVD player . They also have large stone fireplaces to take the chill off after a wonderful day of skiing. The home is also equipped with high-speed wireless internet, whole-house audio, and a central vacuum system.

Skiing at Deer Valley has been part of our family winter vacations for a long time. Each of our kids learned to ski at Deer Valley. We love the slopes, the amenities and the view. We purchased our home, not only because it was so close to the slopes that we love, but because it was so beautiful. We love spending time here, resting, relaxing, taking in the view. We love Deer Valley in the winter time. Now we have discovered that we enjoy summers in Park City almost as much. We love the array of outdoor activities, Deer Valley concerts, and Park City Events at our finger tips. We love how close we are to the ski resort, and we always return home relaxed and ready for life.

We are only minutes from Deer Valley Ski Resort, Jordanelle Reservoir, and Old Town Park City. This provides us with plenty to do all year long.
This is the Jordanelle Gondala and ticket office for Deer Valley Ski Resort.
Jordanelle Reservoir is a great place to picnic, fish, boat, swim, and relax and is just two minutes from our condo.
