Home located in the Dunes, a golf course community, close to the bay and gulf beach. Bay beach is approx. 300 yards from the home and the gulf beach with private beach access is less than 1/4 mile.
Home has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles, 2 twins) + sleeper sofa, sleeps 10, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen for cooking and serving, washer/dryer, large screen TV in living area with 150+ channel package including on demand movies. Home also has DSL internet connection and computer in living area. Large deck: 1/2 is screened and covered and has a 10 ft picnic table for outdoor dining. The other 1/2 is open for sun bathing. Home comes with 4 adult bikes and childrens bikes, gas grill, all linens provided.
New 2 person Kayak and Bike Trailer to pull it to the bay less than 2 minutes away. Great for exploring the Bay or fishing.
We just finished a complete home renovation in late May 2009...fresh paint, new carpet, new tile and all new furnishings.

$1000.00 deposit to reserve dates, then becomes a damage deposit after check in and is fully refundable after checkout. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: 60 days
Should cancellation occur outside of 60 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a one night cancellation charge. Should cancellation occur inside of 60 days prior to arrival, deposit becomes nonrefundable unless property can be re-rented.
Pet Policy: Allowable pets are small 15 lbs of less, short hair, house broken, not allowed on any furnishings, and crated at night. Pet charge is a non refundable $50.00. Pets must be disclosed.
