Our St John condo Villa La Mer is a wonderful, 1-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental conveniently located just steps from Cruz Bay near Gallows Point Resort on a quiet residential street with great breezes and water views. Frank Bay Beach is just around the corner, and the sunsets are amazing from here!
Our stylish yet comfortable ambiance of our island condo is full of Caribbean colors, with high ceilings, cool tiled floor, and ocean views are a welcoming island retreat, and is best suited for adults.
The living room has Cable TV & CD Player, and we are WiFi ready. The porch includes an ample dining area, hammock, gas bbq grill, and some of the best sunsets you will ever remember.
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to fix everything from gourmet meal or blend refreshing island frozen drinks.
The property is beautifully landscaped with year-round blossoming plants, and you will absolutely love the large pool that is privately shared with the other four units on the property.
Our Welcome Team of Steve and Lisa will meet you at the dock upon your arrival, so you feel immediately at home on St John and in our island home.
PLEASE NOTE: Our condo rented the entire month of November and January 10 – April 10 each year.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We are just steps to Frank Bay Beach and a short stroll to Cruz Bay village. With limited parking in Cruz Bay, it is nice to be able to walk into town. Plus, we have a really big pool that is shared with the other 4 units, but normally we are the only ones there. And we live on the porch and can't wait for the beautiful sunsets each evening. Ah! St John life!

Me and my fiance stayed here July 2nd-9th. We enjoyed every minute spent on the beautiful island of St. John, from the moment we arrived on St. John (Steve & Lisa, property managers) greeted us with warm smiles & we grabbed some drinks @ one of the local bars. They familiarized us with the island & even took us for a tour of the island showing us where everything was. We walked to St John Car Rental (stjohncarrental.com) from the condo & were able to explore the island at our ease (definitely rent a car for your duration) The condo was very nicely furnished, including wireless internet & gas grill (on a beautiful deck) I would highly recommend staying on this property as we had no complaints!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Fabulous view, comfortable and well appointed place! Here for good friend’s daughter’s wedding at the Westin and then several days of R & R on our own….Nice of Steve & Lisa to take us to and from the ferry. Lovin’ every minute of it!

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed your condo in St. John! Thanks for all the personal touches….Our friends, the bride’s parents, joined us for a simple dinner on your great deck one night. Thank you! And again, thank you for providing a great environment. We made use of so many of the amenities: books, CDs, cooler, beach towels, kitchen items, and alas, the bug spray. We would happily recommend your place to friends.

who could ask for more?! We enjoyed everything from the view, your artwork, the well equipped kitchen – and most important – THE PORCH! I think we spent most of our time here just sitting on the porch doing absolutely nothing but watching the boats go by and the banaquits gobble sugar – we had a delightful time!

I am laying here on the hammock getting myself ready to get back to temps of 20°....! This is our 4th time here and every time it gets better!
