My family met relatives from San Antonio and made this very comfortable condo our Christmas get away. It had everything we needed to fix the holiday meals and plenty of room to play games and a big enough TV that all of the football viewing was done at the condo. Would highly recommend this condo for the location (easy walk to Uptown shops), as well as, easy interstate access. Our cleaning refund came immediately. All questions were answered promptly. Looking forward to another Dallas/Travis condo visit soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

jdiebold, 2009-11-22 My husband and I stayed at this wonderful Townhouse in A great area of Dallas for more than 2 months recently. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was very comfortable, and well maintained. My husband particularly enjoyed the big TV in the living room, and the private upper deck to BBQ and relax. I was able to do all the cooking I so love, and appreciated the wonderful stereo system, and private entrance. The Master Bath was so well appointed, and the large shower head and great water pressure were a big plus. We travel all over the US and often rent Townhomes, Condo's or houses. The fact that we could walk - 2 blocks to great shopping, and a nice variety of restaurants was such a pleasure. There is even the quaint "Magnolia Theater" in the same area. The landlord was very helpful and accommodating, and gave me the inside on where to shop for all my cooking needs.
