This house is in a safe neighborhood which is walking distance to one of San Diego's most unique destinations, the Cedros Design District where you can find more than 85 one of a kind shops filled with artistic finds, galleries, boutiques, restaurants and entertainment. It's also one block from the train station where you can ride a free shuttle to and from the Del Mar Racetrack which is approximately 1 mile south of the house. The house is a 5 min. walk from the San Elijo Lagoon where you can enjoy hiking and bird watching at this beautiful estuary. Other main attractions in San Diego that are within a 30 min. drive are the beautiful town of La Jolla, the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Lego Land, Balboa Park, Sea World and Torrey Pines State Reserve and Golf Course, home of the Buick Invitational and 2008 U.S. Open...not to mention your choice of endless beautiful beaches!
