Park Place offers one bath and three bedrooms on the second floor; one with a queen and two with double beds. The garage features an upstairs guest room with a double and a twin bed. The full bath downstairs in the main house is convenient to the garage guest room. This is optimal space for 3 couples or 5 single adults. Parties over 6 will be considered individually. This home may not be suitable for young chidlren due to stairs and antiques. The kitchen is a bright, cheery place to cook and dine.
