This spacious 4400 square foot home is located in the new Apple Springs Resort, (the Black Hills newest high end resort) adjacent to the Boulder Canyon Country Club, and on Highway 14A between Sturgis and Deadwood. Apple Springs Resort will enhance the current country club, and this new property backs up to the lake, which is being built now. Apple Springs Resort is located adjacent to USFS land, so you can hike, bike, take 4 wheeler's right from the home to the mountains!
For those of you who bike at the Sturgis Rally, the newly paved streets are a plus.(In fact there is ample space available for parking extra vehicles/trailers) The home itself features 22' vaulted ceilings in the great room, kitchen, and dining room. The main level also includes the master bedroom, main level laundry, and an office. There are huge windows throughout the home. The stunning master bathroom suite features Italian travertine marble throughout with whirpool tub and double vanity, walk-in shower, along with a private deck.
