This spacious 4400 square foot home is located in the new Apple Springs Resort, (the Black Hills newest high end resort) adjacent to the Boulder Canyon Country Club, and on Highway 14A between Sturgis and Deadwood. Apple Springs Resort will enhance the current country club, and this new property backs up to the lake and Black Hills National Forest. Apple Springs Resort is located adjacent to USFS land, so you can hike, bike, take 4 wheeler's right from the home to the mountains!
For those of you who bike at the Sturgis Rally, the newly paved streets are a plus.(In fact there is ample space available for parking extra vehicles/trailers) The home itself features 22' vaulted ceilings in the great room, kitchen, and dining room. The main level also includes the master bedroom, main level laundry, and an office. There are huge windows throughout the home. The stunning master bathroom suite features Italian travertine marble throughout with whirpool tub and double vanity, walk-in shower, along with a private deck. The kitchen features knotty hickory cabinetry, quartz counters and a quartz center island including a wine cooler refrigerator, and all stainless steel appliances. Several features of the home include hand textured walls, stunning walnut hardwood and slate flooring, and 2 gas fireplaces with dry stack stone.
The basement walks out to the lake and this home is located near the 10th tee box. Enjoy the hot tub on the back patio, and entertain your family and friends with the large TV, pool table, gas fireplace, and a huge granite bar with its own refrigerator in the lower level.
There are 4 bedrooms with brand new pillow top beds. The master bedroom is on the main level, while the upstairs features 2 bedrooms,a bathroom, and a loft area. The lower level includes a 4th bedroom with 2 double beds and a trundle. In addition the 2 family rooms each have a pullout queen sleeper.
This massive home allows for 3 floors of entertainment all at the same time! You can even enjoy the outdoors/yard as this home features 3 decks including a covered porch, a patio, and a fully landscaped yard with a natural gas grill and patio furniture. This home is very elegant and is appointed with features you would expect at the finest resorts in the world! The location is superb for your vacation as you are 3 minutes to groceries in Sturgis, or 5 minutes to "Prime Rib buffets" and gambling in Deadwood. Just beyond lies our Black Hills winter sports area complete with 2 ski areas and snow mobile trails. A short drive takes you to the Mickelson Trail (hiking/biking) which runs the entire length of the Black Hills, 109 miles. 20 miles is Terry Peak skiing! In addition to golfing at the resort/Boulder Canyon Country Club, you have many other golf courses within a 15 mile distance to choose from!
You are 1 hour from 3 national monuments, Mr Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Devils Tower. All are great day trips. A little further away (90 miles) are the Badlands, another day trip, especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset.

My husband and I just spent 7 nights at this property. We enjoyed every minute!! The property is beautiful, exactly like the pictures on VRBO. The resort is in a central location to everything we had planned on doing in the Black Hills. Also very quiet and well maintained. The owner was great to answer and questions or concerns that I had. I would stay in this property again and again and again!!! Don't hesitate on this one. You won't find a better vacation home in Black Hills!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was close to lots of attractions such as Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Custer State Park and so much more. The house was well stocked, very comfortable and well set up for multiple generations. Would definitely come back again!

A group of 10 adults stayed at this property on our annual motorcycle trip. We absolutely loved it! Great accomodations! The owner was so helpful with all my questions before booking and after. We loved that it had all blacktop roads and a great garage for parking our bikes. The deck was super for sitting and relaxing while having a beverage! The guys enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub was a hit for all! Would definately rent this property again!!!

Our family recently held a family reunion in the Black Hills and we stayed at the Legend Townhome at Apple Springs - we enjoyed our stay there tremendously! We had all the comforts (and more!) of home with absolutely everything provided that you could think of. Our grandsons wanted to stay forever! We highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to the Black Hills.

Our large family (half from Colorado half from North Dakota) stayed at this condo over Thanksgiving 2009 and had a fantastic experience. The pictures don't do justice to how nice it is. It is new, and well stocked with everything we needed to have a great holiday vacation. Our kids loved the pool table and hot tub. The location is great too!
