- Grand Mayan has a master king luxury bedroom with single day bed, 2 doubles in second bedroom with 2 trundle beds, third room is a great room with 4 single trundle beds with a dining room, kitchen, living room and large screen TV in each room. Two full baths with showers, and a jacuzzi tub adjoining one bedroom and a large soaking tub adjoining the second bedroom and double sinks in both. Three closets and plenty of dresser space. Guest robes, a safe, and maid service twice daily. Private cool pool on the expansive balcony overlooking Banderas Bay. Maximum occupancy 10 (6 adults and 4 children under 12).

I have been in real estate for over 10 years and believe in the finer things in life. My strength is working with people to help make their lives more enjoyable. Several years I worked with a large company matching guests to vacation homes on or near the ocean. Nine years ago I purchased some timeshares and have upgraded to fractional ownership in several areas around the world. We also have several properties on the water in the U.S. that we rent out.
Why the Owner Chose Grand Mayan
We look for friendly, ease of mobility in an area, and lots of things to see and do. Staying in a resort all week is not our cup of tea. I like to be out and about and meeting different people and enjoying their culture.

Staff couldn't have been more accommodating! The five grandchildren loved the lazy river and pools. They said it was their best vacation ever. ( We've been to three other resorts and cities in Mexico.)

The Grand Mayan is an excelant resort and very safe. My only complaint was the mattresses which are very firm and gave me back pain for the majority of my stay.
Owner response:Thank you for your comments. We too think Puerto Vallarta is a very safe environment. I'm sorry you didn't like the beds. Some of us like a firm mattress. You should have tried the memory foam pullout beds.

The new Grand Luxxe is open in Nuevo Vallarta and a must see. We loved the attentativeness of the staff to make our stay soooo relaxing. The pool bar staff attend to our every need and the restaurants on site "are to die for". Can't wait to go again
