Located in the Bridges/Crossings entrance with lots of lake and gulf views. We have cute red golfcart for your use. We are members of the Beach Club and Camp Creek golf course and can make arrangements for use(fees extra). I personally meet you at the house and can answer any questions about the area.There are lots of beach toys in garage too!
Enough parking to accommodate 6-8 cars not including the 2 car garage. The fire pit in the yard just begs for s'mores. There is plenty of yard space for kids to run around!
The first floor has 2 Queen bedrooms, a bunk room, 2 full baths(one with waterfall shower head),a mini summer kitchen(mini fridge, drawer dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker) and the "blue family room" with queen sleeper in large sectional, fireplace and TV.
The second floor is the main kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The family room off the kitchen on this floor has leather couches(one converts to queen sleeper),large flat screen tv with surround sound.
The laundry room with washer and dryer, powder room and 1 large and 1 small porch also occupy this floor where your lake and gulf views are just starting to be revealed. There is a 8 seat large teak table on the porch for eating as well as the 8 seat bar height table and 4 floating barstools(like in a diner)at the bar.
The third story is the master bedroom(king bed) and bathroom that is very open when the soje doors are not closed. The lake and gulf views are especially pretty. The shower has many massaging heads for that totally relaxing feel. There is also a large tub, private toilet, and 2 separate sinks with lots of granite.
You will glide up the spiral staircase leading up to the library and be captivated by the incredible view. We love to read and have left many of our favorite books and just ask that if you take one, then leave one of yours. If you are afraid of heights then beware!
Last, but certainly not least is the carriage house(above the garage).This room is studio style with a queen sleeper and twin sleeper. There is a full bath and TV as well. This has affectionately been named the 37th hole since my husband usually sleeps very well after playing his usual 36 holes!

The Unique Benefits at this House
The views from the library on the widows walk(4th story) are incredible. Stargazing with the telescope is awesome up there. The fire in the fire pit is a fun way to end a beach or golf day. Camp Creek is the golf course and the guest fees under our membership are cheaper than public fees. The many pools are all different depending on how much privacy you want. We love the Beach Club Pool because you can get an excellent lunch or dinner there.I personally love the fitness club. I was thinking of offering a concierge service since I just live in Panama City and know the area very well. I could easily deliver groceries for the beginning of your stay. My husband, an orthopedic surgeon, and I live in Panama City where we both grew up. WaterSound Beach reminds us of what Panama City Beach looked like years ago and we hope to retire in this home in 8-10 years. We have 2 daughters 19 and 11 and a 15 year old son.

Recently, we made reservations with the owners of this fabulous property for Labor Day weekend, Unfortunately, a tropical storm hit and the area was hit hard by the storm. Because of the storm, the owners allowed us to cancel the reservation and refunded our deposit. Although we were sad our trip was cancelled, the owners were a pleasure to deal with, and we are looking forward to renting from them soon.
Owner response:Since the beaches were closed due to extreme undertow and the guests were only coming for a few days, I felt that it was the right thing to do and refund their money.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family had the luxury of finding not only a wonderful vacation home, but a wonderful VRBO owner to work with. This is the place to stay!I am even a bit nervous to go into explicit detail of what a great time we had here using this home July 18-25th, 2009 as I do not want it to be sold out next year when I go to plan our trip!From the moment we chose this house, the owner was very attentive and offered me so much help on making sure this home was "to meet our expectations". This home is in a great location for families with small children. It has everything you need to make a lasting memorable, "home away from home" vacation! The "Big Red" golf cart is great as we enjoyed spending much time cruising around the beautiful scenery. The beach is only about a 12minute walk, however with little ones, the golf cart made it so much easier carrying everything. We also enjoyed the Beach Club access as our 3year old was not too fond of sand..I also loved the delicious lunches we would indulge in and the cocktails at sunset. As for the bedrooms, the mstr suite(the whole 3rd floor!!) and gorgeous bathroom was so "heavenly" to come back to after a day of sun. We did enjoy the kids all the way on the 1st floor (heehee). It was like having a private suite all to our own! We also loved, loved, loved, the back porch...with the teak table. We used that the most out of any other furniture pieces! It was so nice to eat outdoors and enjoy the scenery. My mother-in-law enjoyed having the "mini-kitchen" on the 1st floor as well. She kept snacks and water so she would not have to go up and down the stairs numerous times. The children adored their "hawaiian" built-in beds, and I THANK YOU tremendously for the 3rd bed in the room.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. It was so roomy and comfortable and accommodated our large family with ease. Loved the two master areas...one located on the first floor with a "summer kitchen" and lovely marble bath and the other located on the third floor with a beautiful bath and two spacious closets. The home has attractive decor and personal touches throughout. We especially enjoyed the bed and bath above the garage which housed our two teenage sons!! The house also includes a golf cart which is great transportation for the community of Watersound. The beaches and pool areas of Watersound are truly picturesque and quiet. All in all it was a great vacation and we would recommend this home to any family looking for new, beautiful accommodations in a desirable location. Thank you!

We arrived at your home on June 13 and we were very happy with the beauty of your home and the decor. We stayed for a week with our children and our grandchildren, and everyone felt like they had their own space. We could be together, or go off alone and read. The pools on the property were great, the beach magnificent. We came in from Nashville and had great jam sessions of music around the firepit outside, even wrote a couple of songs. We would recommend it to anyone coming to the area. Restaurants and bike riding on the boardwalks, great. I will send you some photos. Thanks again, Mac & Diane Gayden

My husband and I spent a very enjoyable 10 days at Martha and Mike's Watersound home. The home is HUGE and has a great tower room with a widow's walk. The 'extras' --- such as beach club access and bikes --- were really appreciated. The fire-engine red golf cart was a lot of fun. Martha is a very gracious host. Next time we'll bring the whole family!
