Very comfortable 2BR apartment on the 6th floor of a 7 floor building. Outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico where you can watch Dolphin at play or wet a line in an attempt to catch dinner. There is a TV in both bedrooms and in the Living Room. Two DVD players will allow you and the children to watch separate movies in case you experience a rainy day. A King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen in the Guest Bedroom will help you get a good night's sleep.
A complete Kitchen where you can prepare your meals and many outstanding restaurants if you would rather eat out. A laundry on the first floor where you can quickly clean the dirty clothes before you head home or dry the wet bathing apparel before you pack them. Concrete block walls separate you from your neighbors and all but eliminate disturbing noise.

Why the Owner Chose Island Echos
After vacationing in this area for over ten years, we decided to purchase a condo which we could equip and decorate to suit us. We enjoy the apartment for about 3 months each year, primarily in the winter time.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We enjoy the winters with our Northern friends. There are pot lucks, parties, golf, card games shuffleboard and many bull sessions around the morning coffee table.
